The last team I was on it was extremely bad, passive-aggressive, back-stabbing, etc. I was in a new dept, new job due to one of many restructures. My new TM was the worst I had ever had. I was being harassed on regular basis and TM discriminated against me due to a medical leave. I went to HR to discuss my situation. The rep took all my concerns and asked if I was all right talking to SM if he wanted to speak to me. I said I was fine with it. After weeks of no response from HR or SM and continued harassment I had enough. The employees already pretty much felt that SF didn't care about us anymore. Sadly, this proved it to me. After over 25 years of loyal service to the company, I turned in my resignation. And on my last day the only thing they cared about is going through the checklist that management has to do to make sure they get everything back from me that they need. So if you think that SF cares, think again!
The long-term employees are only coming in for the paycheck. There's no passive-aggressive behavior because no one cares. Work quality is non-existent and did I mention that no one cares?
My coworkers are tremendous. The hubs are passive aggressive and lazy
Being passive is almost a job requirement.
