
SF is moving away from "local agents" & going towards a call center environment. It is hard to go with the flow, but it has to happen.
Value empl. Another restructure, more stress. Many 25+ yr employees not hired for own jobs but other newer empl w/no exp hired. About $? Yes
The new model is inward for use and is going to bring the company down. It does not consider the customers or the agents.
There's too many rules, metrics, absence points. I just want to do my job in peace. Too many challenges to overcome!
SF management needs to realize the employees are humans, with families and personal lives. Employees aren't numb, mindless robots.
Go back to the old format, employee focused. Make us want to be there.
Just here for the paycheck. Most everyone is miserable.
