Ms. Marylyn Rigby serves as Senior Director of Investor Relations & Marketing at SteadyMed Therapeutics, Inc. and previously served as its Director of Marketing & US Business Development. Ms. Rigby is a successful leader in the BioPharm space with experience in the marketing and licensing areas of the drug delivery industry. She contributed extensively to the signing of numerous licensing deals with a focus on pharmaceutical excipients and the launching of various marketing campaigns, while working on the business development team at Cydex Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Rigby has an widespread knowledge of pharmaceutical data management.

Dr. Jeff Myers, M.D., Ph.D. has been Vice President of Medical Affairs at SteadyMed Ltd. since July 31, 2017. Dr. Myers is responsible for all scientific and medical activities in support of commercializing the SteadyMed lead drug product candidate, Trevyent???, which is in development for the treatment of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). At Gilead, he served as Senior Medical Director and Global Lead for Gilead's cardio-pulmonary products, including Letairis for the treatment of PAH. Prior to Gilead, he held medical affairs positions at Genzyme Corporation (now Sanofi Genzyme) as well as various academic appointments as a cardiothoracic surgeon. He completed fellowships at the University of California, Los Angeles and Duke University. Dr. Myers received his Ph.D. from Georgetown University School of Medicine and his M.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.

Mr. David W. Nassif, J.D., serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of SteadyMed Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Nassif has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of SteadyMed Ltd. since March 2013. Prior to joining SteadyMed, Mr. Nassif served as the President and Chief Financial Officer of Histogen, Inc. since May 2011. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary and an Executive Vice President of Zogenix, Inc. from May 2007 to February 2010 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He has more than 14 years of industry experience in executive financial management roles in both development-stage and commercial-stage companies with both public and private companies. He served as a Consultant of Amphastar Pharmaceuticals Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Amphastar Pharmaceuticals Inc. from May 2002 to 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer, Treasurer for Global Licensing since July 2002. He was responsible for the acquisition of a marketed product and an inhalation therapy company. He served as Vice President of Global Licensing for Amphastar Pharmaceuticals Inc. from May 2002 to July 2002 and Senior Vice President of Global Licensing since July 2002. From March 2001 to May 2002, he served as Principal in Strategic Consulting Services, providing capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and investor relations services to various public and private life science and technology companies, including Amphastar. From January 2000 to March 2001, He served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of RealAge Inc. From August 1993 to December 1999, Mr. Nassif held various positions with Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (a/k/a, Cypros Pharmaceutical Corporation). He served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary at Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He holds a BS in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Virginia and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Mr. Robert Zwolinski, also known as Rob, MBA serves as Vice President of Operations at SteadyMed Ltd. Mr. Zwolinski has been the Vice President of Operations at SteadyMed Therapeutics, Inc. since September 20, 2012. Mr. Zwolinski has 20 years of management experience in the development and commercialization of novel pharmaceutical drug device combination manufacturing and scale up, with a focus on managing aseptic operations both in the US and Europe. He has experience in Contract Manufacturing Organization management, preparation of regulatory documents relating to manufacturing operations of sterile liquid drug device combination products, supply chain management, commercial manufacturing scale up of drug device combination products and oversight of FDA and EU regulatory inspections. Mr. Zwolinski worked at a number of small companies and start-ups, including 10 years at Aradigm Corporation, where he was responsible for the manufacturing scale up of an inhaled prefilled liquid inhalation system and technology transfer and commercialization for a number of products.
