Mr. David W. Nassif, J.D., serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of SteadyMed Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Nassif has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of SteadyMed Ltd. since March 2013. Prior to joining SteadyMed, Mr. Nassif served as the President and Chief Financial Officer of Histogen, Inc. since May 2011. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary and an Executive Vice President of Zogenix, Inc. from May 2007 to February 2010 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He has more than 14 years of industry experience in executive financial management roles in both development-stage and commercial-stage companies with both public and private companies. He served as a Consultant of Amphastar Pharmaceuticals Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Amphastar Pharmaceuticals Inc. from May 2002 to 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer, Treasurer for Global Licensing since July 2002. He was responsible for the acquisition of a marketed product and an inhalation therapy company. He served as Vice President of Global Licensing for Amphastar Pharmaceuticals Inc. from May 2002 to July 2002 and Senior Vice President of Global Licensing since July 2002. From March 2001 to May 2002, he served as Principal in Strategic Consulting Services, providing capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and investor relations services to various public and private life science and technology companies, including Amphastar. From January 2000 to March 2001, He served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of RealAge Inc. From August 1993 to December 1999, Mr. Nassif held various positions with Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (a/k/a, Cypros Pharmaceutical Corporation). He served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary at Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He holds a BS in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Virginia and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
