Mr. Matthew W. Morris, also known as Matt, has been Chief Executive Officer of Stewart Information Services Corporation since November 2011. Mr. Morris serves as the President of Stewart Title Guaranty Company, Inc. Mr. Morris serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Stewart Title Company. Mr. Morris focuses on enhancing growth and financial performance while preserving Stewart's culture of integrity and service to customers. Mr. Morris served as President of Stewart Information Services Corporation and served as its President of Title unit since April 18, 2007. He served as President of Stewart Professional Solutions, , overseeing home office and back office functions, including marketing, information technology, human resources, finance and accounting, the strategy and program management office and audit/risk management for the Stewart companies and served as Senior Vice President of Planning and Development at Stewart Information from May 2004 to April 18, 2007. Mr. Morris rejoined Stewart in May 2004. Mr. Morris served as Senior Executive Vice President at Stewart Information Services Corporation until November 2011, Stewart Title Company and Stewart Title Guaranty Company. Prior to rejoining Stewart, Mr. Morris served as a Director of strategic litigation consulting firm from 2000 to May 2004. Mr. Morris served as head of Stewart Professional Solutions and served as Senior Vice President for the Stewart Title Guaranty, Stewart Title and Stewart Information units. Mr. Morris has been Director of Stewart Information Services Corporation since October 18, 2016 and served as its Advisory Director. Mr. Morris serves as a Member of Advisory Board at The Zieben Group. Mr. Morris holds Bachelor of Business Administration degree in organizational behavior and business policy from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Texas with a concentration in finance.

Mr. J. Allen Berryman, CPA has been an Advisor of Stewart Information Services Corporation since August 2017. Mr. Berryman served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary of Stewart Information Services Corporation since September 2, 2008 until August 2017. Mr. Berryman served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Ba Research International at Cetero Research. He has nearly 30 years of financial and operational experience with organizations ranging from privately-held entrepreneurial companies to a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Berryman served as the Head of Finance for Raleigh-based Cetero Research. Prior to Cetero, he spent nine years in the electronic payments industry and held Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer with Retriever Payment Systems and Telecheck International. Mr. Berryman began his career as a CPA with the public accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche where he worked for 12 years. Mr. Berryman holds his BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia.

Mr. John L. Killea has been the Chief Legal Officer of Stewart Information Services Corporation since April 2012 and its Chief Compliance Officer since February 21, 2017 and also its President since November 6, 2017. Mr. Killea served as Chief Executive Officer of Stewart Title Insurance Company since February 21, 2017. Mr. Killea served as the Chief Legal Counsel of Stewart Information Services Corporation. Mr. Killea served as the General Counsel of Stewart Title Guaranty Company since 2008. He holds BA from Lafayette College and JD from Fordham University School of Law.

Mr. David A. Fauth, also known as Dave, serves as Group President of Direct Operations at Stewart Information Services Corporation. Mr. Fauth has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Stewart Title of Minnesota since June 2007. Mr. Fauth also serves as Minnesota State Manager of Stewart Title Guaranty Co. Mr. Fauth served as Group President of Centralized Operations at Stewart Information Services Corporation. Mr. Fauth served as Group Senior Vice President of Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast at Stewart Title Company. He was a Co-Owner and President of Alliance Title Co. in Hutchison, a Stewart Title agency. He worked for Stewart Title of Minnesota, first in sales from 1985 to 1989 and later in various positions from 1994 to 2000 including serves as the President. Mr. Fauth holds Bachelor of Arts in business administration with a minor in economics from Bethel University.

Mr. Genady Vishnevetsky has been Chief Information Security Officer of Stewart Information Services Corporation since July 27, 2015. Mr. Vishnevetsky is a strategic planner and visionary leader. He has a proven track record in helping organizations to develop well-rounded, methodical security programs that align with business objectives and are sensitive to risk tolerance. He has more than two decades of leadership and technical expertise in security and technology operations.

Mr. Michael Tafoya, also known as Mike, has been Group Senior Vice President of Direct Operations at Stewart Information Services Corporation since May 16, 2017. Mr. Tafoya serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Experience 1, Inc. He has more than 32 years of experience in title industry sales, marketing and operational leadership, as well as considerable knowledge of the technical aspects of title insurance and escrow settlement services. He served as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer for Title365 Company Inc. and president of its affiliated businesses, X1 Analytics, Xome Signings and its technology company X1 Labs. He also served as executive vice president for a top national underwriter in Southern California and has held executive-level positions at several other national and regional underwriters.

Mr. Bruce Hawley has been an Executive Vice President of Stewart National Title Services since August 2013. Mr. Hawley serves as Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Services at Stewart Information Services Corporation and Stewart Title Guaranty Company, Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President of National Title Services at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, Inc. since August 2013 and Stewart Information Services Corporation since September 5, 2013. He serves as an Executive Vice President of National Title Services at Stewart Title Company. He served as the Head of Multinational Title Services Group, Senior Underwriting Counsel, Senior Vice President and Manager of NTS-New York Metro at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, Inc. Mr. Hawley served in several senior positions at Chicago Title developing an expertise in transactions between the U.S. and other countries, as well as in commercial underwriting. He was a brigadier general from the U.S. Air Force Reserve and was honored with several decorations during his 33-year career in the Air Force's Judge Advocate General Corps. He has more than 40 years of experience in almost all aspects of the title insurance industry. He was formerly the Manager of Stewart's New York Metro National Title Services Office. He joined Stewart in 2000 after serving in a number of senior management and underwriting positions with other title insurance companies. He serves as Director of Stewart National Title Services. He is a graduate of Fairfield University in Connecticut and the University of Detroit Law School.

Mr. Patrick Henry Beall, also known as Pat, serves as a Group President of Agency Operations at Stewart Information Services Corporation. Mr. Beall oversees Stewart Vacation Ownership and technology sales for Stewart independent agency network. Mr. Beall has been Group President of Agency Operations at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, Inc. since December 2014. He is responsible for Stewart's independent title agency network across the United States. He served as an Executive Vice President and Agency Services Senior Director at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, Inc. from January 2014 to December 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President and South Central States Agency Services District Manager from December 2008 to December 2013. He serves as a Member of Board of Governors at American Land Title Association. He began his 28-year tenure with Stewart as president of Professional Real Estate Tax Service and Baca Landata. Mr. Beall is a member of the Texas Land Title Association and its finance committee, as well as a former member of the Oklahoma Land Title Association's board of directors. His extensive experience includes title insurance, underwriting and real estate tax services. Mr. Beall attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman.
