G. Stacy Smith serves as a Director of WhiteHorse Finance, Inc. since 2015. Mr. Smith currently serves on the Board of Directors of Independent Bank Group Inc., a bank holding company, to which he was elected in February 2013. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of USD Partners LP, an energy-related logistics company, to which he was elected in October 2015. Mr. Smith co-founded in February 2013 and remains a Partner of Trinity Investment Group, a firm which invests in private equity transactions, public equity securities and other assets. Since 2013, he has also served as a Partner of SCW Capital, LP, a hedge fund. In 1997, Mr. Smith co-founded Walker Smith Capital, a Dallas-based small- and mid-cap equity hedge fund, where he was a Partner and served as a Portfolio Manager until December 2012. Mr. Smith received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin in 1990.

Mr. John A. Kiltz is a Partner and Co-Managing Partner of Stonelake Capital Partners, which Mr. Kiltz co-founded and directs institutional investment and acquisition program. He has invested institutional capital for over 15 years. Mr. Kiltz was responsible for directing U.S. investments at Cypress Real Estate Advisors. Mr. Kiltz was the Co-Partner of Cypress. Mr. Kiltz was the PartnerPresident of CCG Venture Partners LLC, where he headed acquisition and disposition activity, joint venture structuring and corporate governance establishment. From 1992 to 1997, he served as Vice President of JMB/Heitman Financial. While at JMB/Heitman Financial, he led acquisition activity in Texas and directed management operations. He was a Partner in the Houston office of Trammell Crow Company and was responsible for new industrial development and acquisitions. He serves as a Director of Stonelake II REIT, LLC. He received an M.B.A., specializing in Finance and Accounting, from the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas in 1983. Mr. Kiltz earned academic honors as a scholar athlete at the University of Wisconsin earning a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing.

Mr. Kenneth E. Aboussie is a Partner, Co-Managing Partner, and Member of the Investment Committee of Stonelake Capital Partners. He co-founded the firm and directs major capital transactions and the institutional investment program. Prior to his founding of the firm, Mr. Aboussie was a Partner with Cypress Real Estate Advisors, where he was involved in investment acquisition, investment disposition and capital markets activities. During his tenure at Cypress, Mr. Aboussie headed the firm's capital markets group and directed transactions of acquisitions or dispositions of investments with a total capitalization over $700 million. In addition, Mr. Aboussie was responsible for raising over $800 million of equity capital for two separate private investment funds. He also served as a Member of the four-person Cypress Investment Committee and was the Partner credited for opening the firm's office outside of Mexico City, in addition to closing the firm's first international real estate investments. Prior to joining Cypress, Mr. Aboussie was a Summer Associate in New York with JP Morgan Chase & Co. in their real estate group. Prior to business school, he was a Legislative Aide in Washington, D.C. for U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison, handling banking and finance issues. Mr. Aboussie is a past member of the Urban Land Institute Austin Executive Committee and former Chairman and current member of the Associate Council for the University of Texas' Real Estate Finance and Investment Center. He earned an M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and received a B.S. degree from Texas Christian University.

Mr. Travis W. Eickenhorst is a Vice President at Stonelake Capital Partners. He is involved in investment acquisition, asset management and capital market activities. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Eickenhorst worked in Austin, Texas for Cypress Real Estate Advisors, where he was responsible for evaluating, closing and asset managing a variety of properties across numerous product types and markets. Mr. Eickenhorst also worked in Dallas, Texas for Phoenix Capital Partners, where he helped underwrite and close over $80 million of joint-venture equity investments in multi-family development projects across the United States. Mr. Eickenhorst received a Masters in Professional Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.

Alan Bumpass serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Stonelake Capital Partners. Alan started at Stonelake Capital Partners in January of 2018. Alan is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

Alan Schoellkopf serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Stonelake Capital Partners. Alan started at Stonelake Capital Partners in October of 2014. Alan is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

Hunter Landers serves as the Vice President Development/Construction of Stonelake Capital Partners. Hunter currently resides in the Houston, Texas Area.
