Mr. Christopher H. Volk, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of STORE Capital Corporation since May 2011. Mr. Volk Co-Founded STORE Capital Corporation in May 2011. Previously, he Co-Founded Spirit Finance Corp in August 2003 and served as the Chief Executive Officer since September 6, 2005, President since August 2003 and Chief Operating Officer from August 2003 to September 6, 2005 at the firm. From 1986 until August 2001, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer at Franchise Finance Corporation of America and from August 2001 to December 2002 served as Chief Operating Officer of its successor, GE Franchise Finance. He also served as Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer of Franchise Finance Corporation of America. Mr. Volk served as Executive Vice President of Franchise Finance Corporation of America from July 28, 1995 to December 31, 1999, Senior Vice President of Underwriting and Research from June 1, 1994 until July 28, 1995 and as Vice President of Research of FFCA I from October 1989 until June 1, 1994. He has been widely published in areas of finance, credit analysis and evaluation and has frequently served as a guest lecturer and conference speaker. He has been a Director at Spirit Finance Corporation since August 2003 and serves as a Member of its Executive Committee. He serves as Independent Director of Paladin Realty Income Properties Inc. He served as Director of Franchise Finance Corporation of America since January 28, 2000. He has an extensive background in finance and asset management. Mr. Volk received an MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Washington and Lee University.

Mr. Michael T. Bennett Co-founded STORE Capital Corporation and has been its Chief Compliance Officer, Secretary and Assistant Treasurer since May 2011. Mr. Bennett has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel at STORE Capital Corporation since 2013 and served as its Executive Vice President???Operations since May 2011 until 2013. Mr. Bennett served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Spirit Finance Corp (Spirit Realty Capital, Inc) since April 21, 2005 and its Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary. Mr. Bennett was a Partner at Williams Mullen. Mr. Bennett was also employed at Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corp. He received a B.A. degree summa cum laude in Government and Foreign Affairs from Hampden Sydney College (where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa) and a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia Law School.

Ms. Mary B. Fedewa, Co-Founded STORE Capital Corporation in May 2011. Ms. Fedewa has been Chief Operating Officer at STORE Capital Corporation since September 21, 2017 and has been its Director since August 1, 2016. Ms. Fedewa served as Executive Vice President of Acquisitions at STORE Capital Corporation since May 2011 until September 21, 2017. Previously, Ms. Fedewa served as Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer of STORE Capital Corporation since May 2011. She spent several years investing as a principal in single-tenant commercial real estate for private real estate companies. Ms. Fedewa served as the Managing Director of Acquisitions at Spirit Finance Corp from 2004 to 2007, where she originated a significant volume of net-lease transactions in a variety of industries across the United States. Ms. Fedewa joined Spirit Finance Corp., in February 2004 as Vice President of Acquisitions. She served as Vice President at GE Capital, where she spent twelve years. Within GE Capital, Ms. Fedewa held leadership positions in several GE Capital divisions. She was in GE Capital's Commercial Finance division, leading the integration of GE Capital's acquisition of FFCA. While at GE, Ms. Fedewa was awarded a Six Sigma Black Belt and also served as a GE Quality Leader. She has over a decade of financial services experience. Ms. Fedewa received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from North Carolina State University.

Mr. Christopher K. Burbach has been an Executive Vice President of Underwriting at STORE Capital Corporation since February 2012. Mr. Burbach joined STORE Capital in February 2012. He has a broad range of experience in credit, underwriting and financial analysis. Prior to joining us, he served in numerous capacities at Spirit Finance Corp. (now Spirit Realty Capital, Inc.) from February 2006 to January 2012, including as Vice President of Investment Management responsible for managing the investments of its $3.5 billion real estate portfolio. Mr. Burbach also managed the Underwriting group at Spirit. Prior to Spirit, Mr. Burbach served as Chief Executive Officer of VM Management, Inc. Prior to VM Management, Mr. Burbach was a Consultant with Navigant Consulting, Inc. in San Francisco, California, engaged in financial consulting for the Construction and Government Industries Groups. Mr. Burbach received a B.S. degree in Finance from Santa Clara University and an M.B.A. degree from Arizona State University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

Ms. Catherine F. Long, also known as Cathy, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of STORE Capital Corporation since May 2011. Ms. Long co-founded STORE Capital Corporation in May 2011. Ms. Long has over 30 years of accounting, operating and financial management expertise. She served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. from August 2003 to February 2010. Ms. Long has a broad background in accounting, finance and asset servicing. Prior to joining Spirit Realty Capital, Inc., Ms. Long served for over 12 years in various capacities with Franchise Finance Corp. of America (FFCA) and its successor, GE Franchise Finance (GEFF). Ms. Long served as a Principal Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance, Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer of GE Capital Franchise Finance Corporation. As Senior Vice President of Finance, Ms. Long developed and implemented FFCA's accounting, reporting and internal control policies and procedures, including those related to the servicing of loan and lease payments and the reporting of loan securitization transactions and Ms. Long supervised the cash management, monthly payment servicing and investor reporting of $6 billion in originated loans and leases, including loans that were sold to investors. Ms. Long served as Vice President of Finance of Franchise Finance Corporation of America from June 1, 1994 to January 28, 1997. Ms. Long served as Vice President of Finance of FFCA I from June 1990 until June 1, 1994. From 1978 to May 1990, Ms. Long was associated with the international public accounting firm of Arthur Andersen LLP and served as its Senior Manager specializing in the real estate industry. She served as a Director of CapLease, Inc. since March 22, 2011 until November 05, 2013. Ms. Long received a Chief Financial Officer of the Year award for 2008 from the Arizona Chapter of Financial Executives International, a professional association for senior financial executives. Ms. Long has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1980. Ms. Long holds a B.S degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University.
