Hire from within, like you said you do in my interview. Has been hiring remote workers from around the country instead of promoting loyal hardworking employees. Stop saying you treat us like "family" and then take money out of out pockets in a bad economy.

I will forever be thankful for my time at Straight North and could not have asked for better teammates or clients to work with. The executive team is very approachable and they really do care for their employees. The culture, holiday parties, and team events are top notch!

I've worked at Straight North for ten years and it's been a really great experience. Great coworkers and management. No gossip or toxic nonsense. I've enjoyed near full autonomy and love the freedom to do my job with being micro-managed. Great company and a really great culture.
