Mr. Davidi Jonas has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Straight Path Communications Inc. since April 2013. Mr. Jonas served as a Vice President of Business Development at IDT Corporation and Manager of Straight Path Spectrum since August 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President of Straight Path IP Group from November 2012. Mr. Jonas also served as the Rabbi of Kingsbridge Center of Israel in the Bronx, New York since 2010. He has been Chairman of the Board at Straight Path Communications Inc. since August 1, 2013 and has been its Director since April 2013. He served as Director of Straight Path IP Group since November 2012. Mr. Jonas taught Judaic Studies in SAR High School in Riverdale, New York from 2010 to 2012. He received rabbinic ordination from Yeshivat Chovevei Torah Rabbinical School.

Mr. Zhouyue Pi, also Known as Jerry, has served as Chief Technology Officer of Straight Path Communications Inc. (SPCI) since September 2014. Prior to joining SPCI, Mr. Pi was a Senior Director at Samsung Research America in Dallas, Texas, where he led system research, standardization, and prototyping activities in 4G and 5G wireless communications networks. Before joining Samsung in 2006, Mr. Pi was with the Nokia Research Center in Dallas and San Diego, where he was a leading contributor to Nokia's 3G wireless standardization and modern development efforts for 3GPP2 1XEV-DV, 1xEV-DO, and Ultra Mobile Broadband systems. Mr. Pi has co-authored more than 30 technical journal and conference papers and is the co-inventor of more than 150 patents and applications. Mr. Pi received a Bachelor of Engineering from Tsinghua University (with honor), a Master of Science from Ohio State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University (with distinction). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Mr. David L. Breau has been General Counsel of Straight Path Communications Inc. since February 2016. Prior to joining SPCI, Mr. Breau practiced law for more than eight years at two highly regarded law firms in New York City, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Sidley Austin LLP. Before attending law school, Mr. Breau served in the infantry of the Israel Defense Forces. Mr. Breau's legal practice at both firms included the defense of securities class action litigations as well as internal and regulatory investigations involving various federal and state agencies. From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Breau was a law clerk to Judge Stanley Marcus on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Breau earned his J.D. cum laude from Duke University School of Law and has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University

Mr. Yonatan P. Cantor serves as Vice President of Financial Operations and Corporate Secretary at Straight Path Communications Inc., and served as its Vice President of Business Affairs.

Mr. Jonathan Rand has been the Chief Financial Officer of Straight Path Communications Inc. since June 2013 and serves as its Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Rand is a Partner in IDT Ventures, Inc. Mr. Rand has an extensive experience in strategizing and operating fast-growing sales and marketing organizations. He served as the President of Organic Motion, Inc. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Fusion Telecommunications International Inc., since March 2006. Prior to Organic Motion, he served as an Executive Vice President of sales and Treasurer at IDT. Through his executive roles in numerous startup and early-stage technology companies, he was instrumental in driving combined sales revenues in excess of $200 million. Additionally, he helped establish the VoIP innovator Net2Phone, a subsidiary of IDT, in which he led it through an international sales launch of the world's first VoIP phones. He founded the management consulting firm Indigo Capital Advisers and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner. He served as an Executive Vice President of International Sales & Treasurer at Net2Phone, Inc. from 1999 to 2002. Prior to Net2Phone, Inc., he served as a Member of IDT Corporation's senior management from 1992 to January 1999 and served as Senior Vice President of International Sales and Finance from 1992 to 1998. He co-founded and serves as its Director of International Internet Association. Prior to IDT Corporation, he operated his own magazine publishing business from 1986 to 1992 and was employed by Procter & Gamble from 1985 to 1986 in Brand Management. He received a bachelor's of science in economics from the Wharton School of Business.
