Mr. Denis J. Gallagher founded Student Transportation, Inc. in 1997 and serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Gallagher founded Student Transportation of America, Inc. in 1997. Mr. Gallagher serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Student Transportation of America Holdings, Inc. and Student Transportation of Canada Inc. He directs the strategic operations of STI while leading and developing investor activities through capital raises and debt financing for the company. He serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of A&E West Coast Transport, Inc. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Passenger Services, L.L.C. He served as Regional Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations for Laidlaw Passenger Services Group from 1987 to 1996 with responsibility for over 200 locations in the United States. Mr. Gallagher played a key role in Laidlaw's expansion into new markets, along with the consolidation and integration of many acquisitions. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Coast Cities Inc. Since 1996, Mr. Gallagher served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Sightseeing Tours of America, Inc. in New York City. He is a proven senior executive who has spent his entire business career in the transportation industry. Mr. Gallagher has over 30 years of experience in the passenger transportation industry. Mr. Gallagher has been a Director of HopSkipDrive Inc. since November 2017. He has been a Director of Student Transportation, Inc. since September 2004. He served as a Director of Canada Cartage Diversified GP Inc., general partner of Canada Cartage Diversified Income Fund. In 1989, Mr. Gallagher was elected as the Youngest Member ever to the Monmouth University Board of Trustees. In 1992, he was awarded Monmouth Universities Distinguished Alumni Award and in 2001 he was recognized as an honorary member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter of the University. He continues to support his alma mater notably on behalf of the Athletic Department and School of Business, where he received a full scholarship as a student. Mr. Gallagher is a 1976 graduate of Monmouth University, with a B.S in Business Administration.

Mr. Patrick Vaughan has been President of School Transportation Group at Student Transportation, Inc. since August 21, 2017. Mr. Vaughan served as the Chief Operating Officer of Student Transportation, Inc. since January 5, 2011 until August 21, 2017. Mr. Vaughan served as the Chief Operating Officer for North American School Bus Division at Student Transportation, Inc. since February 16, 2011. Mr. Vaughan is responsible for maintaining STI's extremely high service standards, leading the best operations team in the business and integrating new business from STI's 'A-B-C' growth strategy. Mr. Vaughan joined Laidlaw Transit in 1991 as District Director of Operations until 1996., when he was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations. He led one of two operating units spanning from Maine to Florida and Texas to Pennsylvania consisting of $700 million in revenue with over 250 locations. Subsequent to Laidlaw Transit being acquired by First Group plc, Mr. Vaughan served as Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2008. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University and MBA degree from Suffolk University.

Mr. John DiMaiolo serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President at Student Transportation, Inc. Mr. DiMaiolo serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President at Student Transportation of America, Inc. He has more than 20 years of financial management experience. He has over 8 years experience in the student passenger transportation industry. He began his career as an accountant for Cadence Industries in 1979. In 1982, he joined Twin County Grocers, Inc., a wholesale food distribution company and held various positions over the next 12 years, including Financial Accounting Manager, Manager of Budgeting and Financial Systems and Division Controller. In 1995, Mr. DiMaiolo joined New Jersey Press, Inc., a multimedia news provider in central New Jersey as Corporate Controller. From 1998 to 2000, he served Journal Register Company as Vice President and Corporate Controller. He served as Director of Finance for Laidlaw Transit Inc.'s Eastern Business Group for the past 8 years. Mr. DiMaiolo is a graduate of Duke University, earned a Masters in Business Administration from Seton Hall University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Public Accountants.

Mr. Patrick J. Walker, also known as Pat, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Student Transportation, Inc. since November 2002 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Walker served as Secretary at Student Transportation, Inc. He has over 16 years of financial management experience. He began his career as an accountant with the Philadelphia CPA firm of Tait, Weller and Baker, followed by the New York firm of McGladrey & Pullen. From 1989 to 1992, he was employed with the global food products conglomerate TLC Beatrice International Holdings, Inc., as Manager of Accounting and Financial Reporting. In 1992, Mr. Walker joined Six Flags Entertainment Corporation as Corporate Controller and served as Vice President of Finance since 1998. From 1999 to 2001, he served as Chief Financial Officer of two portfolio companies of Indigo Capital. Prior to his appointment at Student Transportation of America Ltd., Mr. Walker was a Consultant to the Chief Financial Officer of H.J. Heinz Company. Mr. Walker is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants.

Melissa Ayers serves as the Vice President of Human Resources of Student Transportation Of America Inc. Melissa started at Student Transportation Of America Inc in February of 2017. Melissa is currently based in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
