Mr. Dennis E. Kelley has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Summit State Bank since January 2005 and January 5, 2016 respectively and served as its Senior Vice President since January 2005 until January 5, 2016. Mr. Kelley served as Investment Representative/Registered Investment Advisor at A. G. Edwards. He served in management positions at Bank of Petaluma and National Bank of the Redwoods. Mr. Kelley serves as the treasurer for the Living Word Lutheran Church and Member of Board for Social Advocates at Youth. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Davis and a Master's in Accounting from Sacramento State. Mr. Kelley is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington in Seattle.

Mr. Wayne Hoffer has been Senior Vice President of Summit State Bank since April 2012. Mr. Hoffer has 35 years of lending and banking experience, and has worked for Summit State Bank for the past six years as a Commercial Loan Officer. He served as Interim Chief Credit Officer of Summit State Bank since October 2011 and its Vice President.

Mr. Steve Lindley has been Senior Vice President of Summit State Bank since August 2016. Mr. Lindley joined Summit State Bank in 2006 as an IT Technician and through his knowledge and diligence, earned the title of IT Director in 2011. He also acts as Summit State Bank back-up Security Office. His role requires him to remain well informed on the latest technology concerns, and he is proactive in obtaining various IT certifications and consistently receives high ratings in both internal audits and regulatory exams.

Ms. Genie M. Del Secco has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Summit State Bank since January 1, 2018. After joining Bank in 2015 as Director of Branch and Deposit Operations and Vice President, Ms. Del Secco was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2016. Ms. Del Secco has more than 27 years of banking experience in Sonoma County. Most recently she held the position of Senior Vice President of Compliance and Branch Operations at First Community Bank, recently renamed Poppy Bank. Ms. Del Secco also held management positions at National Bank of the Redwoods, which was acquired in 2005 by Westamerica Bancorp. In addition, Ms. Del Secco is attending Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington in Seattle, with an anticipated graduation date of fall 2018. Ms. Del Secco is a former Director for The Children's Village and is active throughout Sonoma County supporting various nonprofits.

Ms. Karen Holloway has been Senior Vice President of Summit State Bank since August 2016. Ms. Holloway oversees Summit's financial reporting and the day-to-day operations of the Accounting team. She joined Summit State Bank in 2012 as Controller. She has 30 years of accounting experience in the banking, financial services and manufacturing industries, as well as in public accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Brandy Lee Seppi has been Chief Lending Officer of Summit State Bank since November 2016 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Ms. Seppi served as Senior Vice President of Summit State Bank since January 16, 2015. She served as Chief Credit Officer of Summit State Bank from January 16, 2015 to November 2016. She served as Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager with Umpqua Bank in San Francisco from July 2011 until joining Summit State Bank. Prior to that position, she served as the Business Development Officer with City National Bank in San Francisco Bay Area from October 2004 to July 2011. She is a long time resident of Sonoma County. Ms. Seppi graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California at San Diego.

Brandy Seppi serves as the EVP, Chief Lending Officer of Summit State Bank. Brandy started at Summit State Bank in December of 2016. Brandy currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Genie Secco serves as the EVP, Chief Operating Officer of Summit State Bank. Genie started at Summit State Bank in January of 2018. Genie currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
