Mr. Wolfgang H. Dangel has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Sun Hydraulics Corp since April 1, 2016. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Bosch Rexroth Corporation from 2001 to 2003. He served as the Managing Director and Chairman of the Management Board of Mannesmann Rexroth (China) Ltd. from June 1996 to December 2000 and Head of Controlling for Mannesmann Demag, Johannesburg, South Africa from 1991 to 1995. Mr. Dangel served as a Member of the Executive Management Board at Schaeffler Verwaltung Zwei GmbH (Former Name Schaeffler AG) from October 13, 2011 to December 31, 2013 and was responsible for Automotive and Chassis Systems. He serves as Vice Chairman of Sun Hydraulics Corp. and has been its Director since June 2009. He serves as a Director of FAG India, Ltd. He served as a Director of the National Fluid Power Association. He served as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Fag Bearings India Ltd. since February 12, 2009 until October 30, 2013. Mr. Dangel holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, both from the University of Munich, Germany. He also holds an Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Applied Sciences in Rosenheim, Germany.

Ms. Tricia L. Fulton has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sun Hydraulics Corp. since March 4, 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Fulton has been with Sun Hydraulics since March 1997. She served as Controller of Sun Hydraulics. From July 1995 to March 1997, she served as Director of Accounting for Plymouth Harbor. From November 1991 to July 1995, she served in various financial capacities for Loral Data Systems. From September 1989 to September 1991, she was an Auditor with Deloitte & Touche. Ms. Fulton is a graduate of Hillsdale College. Ms. Fulton studied General Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Tim LaCrosse has been the Chief of Global Engineering - Hydraulics Segment at Sun Hydraulics Corporation since December 2016. Mr. LaCrosse served as Division Engineering Manager of Parker Hannifin from November 2010 to December 2016 and served as its Engineering Manager from July 2005 to November 2010. He served as Business Unit Manager of Parker Hannifin from October 2004 to June 2005 and served as its Operations Team Leader from June 2002 to October 2004. He served as Engineering Supervisor 1 at Parker Hannifin from October 1999 to June 2002 and served as its Senior Product Engineer from December 1996 to October 1999. He was Engineer III at Parker Hannifin from April 1994 to December 1996. He holds Master's degree in Business Administration & Management, General in 2002 and Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1994.
