Mr. Philip Michael Hardesty, also known as Mike, has been Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations, Business Development, Terminals and International Coke at SunCoke Energy, Inc. since October 1, 2015. Mr. Hardesty has been Senior Vice President of Sales & Commercial Operations at SunCoke Energy Partners GP LLC since July 2014. Mr. Hardesty served as Senior Vice President of Suncoke Energy Partners GP LLC. Mr. Hardesty served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Commercial Operations at SunCoke Energy, Inc. since September 2011. He joined SunCoke in September 2011 and has more than 28 years of mining industry experience. Before SunCoke, he served as Senior Vice President of International Coal Group, Inc. (ICG) where he was responsible for leading the sales and marketing functions, including the implementation of marketing, trading and transportation strategies. He served as a Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at International Coal Group, Inc. since April 2005. From January 2005 through April 2005, Mr. Hardesty served as Vice President of Commercial Optimization, Vice President of Market Services from 2002 to 2004 and Director Market Services from 1999 to 2001. He is a past board member and Secretary-Treasurer of the Putnam County Development Authority in West Virginia. Mr. Hardesty serves as Director of Suncoke Energy Partners GP LLC, the General Partner of SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P. since September 21, 2015. Mr. Hardesty holds bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.

Ms. Fay West serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Director at SunCoke Energy Partners GP, LLC, the General Partner of Suncoke Energy Partners, L.P. Ms. West has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Suncoke Energy, Inc. since October 27, 2014. Ms. West served as Vice President and Controller of SunCoke Energy Partners GP LLC, General Partner of Suncoke Energy Partners, L.P., since July 2012. Ms. West served as Controller of SunCoke Energy, Inc. of Jewell Coke Company, L.P. since February 2011 and Vice President from February 2011 to October 27, 2014. Prior to this, she served as an Assistant Controller at United Continental Holdings, Inc. from April 2010 to January 2011. Ms. West served as a Vice President of Accounting and Financial Reporting at PepsiAmericas, Inc. from December 2005 to March 2010 and Director of Financial Reporting from December 2005 to December 2006. Ms. West worked at GATX Corporation from 1998 to 2005 in various accounting roles, including Vice President and Controller of GATX Rail Company from 2001 to 2005 and Assistant Controller of GATX Corporation from 2000 to 2001. She has been an Independent Director of Quaker Chemical Corporation since February 24, 2016. Ms. West holds bachelor's degree in Accounting from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Tracy Laxton serves as the Director Employee & Labor Relations of SunCoke Energy. Tracy started at SunCoke Energy in February of 2009. Tracy is currently based in the Greater St. Louis Area.

John Quanci serves as the Vice President Engineering and Technology - Chief Technology Officer of SunCoke Energy. John started at SunCoke Energy in January of 2013. John is currently based in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Allison Lausas serves as the Vice President, Finance and Controller of SunCoke Energy. Allison started at SunCoke Energy in October of 2014. Allison is currently based in the Greater Chicago Area.

Gary Yeaw serves as the Senior Vice President Human Resources of SunCoke Energy. Gary started at SunCoke Energy in November of 2015. Gary is currently based in the Greater Chicago Area.
