Mr. Hong Luo, B.Geol., has been an Executive Director of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. since July 17, 2015. Mr. Luo served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. from July 17, 2015 to September 1, 2017. Mr. Luo served as an Executive Vice President of Growth Strategy and Business Planning at Sinopec Daylight Energy Ltd. from February 2012 to July 2015. He has 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Luo served as Director of Strategy and Planning at Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Production Corporation from September 2009 to January 2012. From May 2008 to August 2009, Mr. Luo served as President of West Africa and Asia- Pacific Exploration and Production Projects and from May 2007 to April 2008, he served as Director of Exploration of SIPC. Mr. Luo served as Vice President of the First International Oil Company of SIPC in Kazakhstan from April 2006 to April 2007 and from April 2004 to March 2006, Mr. Luo served as an Exploration Manager of Saudi Sinopec Gas Co. (Saudi Arabia). Prior to 2004, he served executive leadership positions in Northwest Oil Company's business units of Sinopec in China, serving in many executive capacities and in numerous geological, engineering, operational and planning roles throughout northwest China and the Tarim Basin. Mr. Luo served as Non Executive Director of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. from November 28, 2014 to July 17, 2015. Mr. Luo holds a Bachelor of Geology from the University of Science and Technology of Chengdu, China.

Mr. Qiping Men, P.Eng. CPA, CGA, MBA has been an Interim Chief Executive Officer of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. since September 1, 2017 and previously served as its President and Chief Operations Officer from October 20, 2016 to September 1, 2017. Mr. Men serves as Executive Director of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. since June 30, 2016. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. from December 18, 2015 to October 20, 2016. Mr. Men served as Interim Chief Financial Officer at Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. from July 21, 2014 to December 18, 2015. Mr. Men served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Anterra Energy, Inc. from May 2, 2011 to September 6, 2013. Mr. Men served as Controller of Anterra Energy until May 2, 2011. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sahara Energy Ltd., from December 8, 2010 to August 04, 2011. He is a well rounded managerial accountant with over 20 years experience in a wide range of industries and public accounting firms and nine years experience as an engineering manager in a manufacturing company. Mr. Men has a solid accounting experience in public accounting firms and has provided accounting services to private and public oil and gas companies and other businesses. Mr. Men obtained his Canadian CGA designation in 2007. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1986 from the Harbin University of Science and Technology in China and an MBA in 2000 from the Dalian University of Science and Technology in China.

Mr. Kwok Ping Sun, EMBA, is a Founder and has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Nobao Renewable Energy Holdings Limited since 2007. Mr. Sun is responsible for the sales and marketing of electric heaters and small electric appliances at Shanghai Nobao Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. from June 2005 to December 2007. Mr. Sun has over 20 years of experience in automated control systems through his experience described above as well as his experience as the General Manager of Jiangsu Zhongwang Electronics Co., Ltd. from 1990 to 1993 and an Engineer at Zhangjiagang Radio Factory from 1979 to 1982. In 2003, Mr. Sun started his own research and development with respect to GSHP systems and has gained over 10 years of experience in this area. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Sun served as the general manager of Dynamic Co., Ltd. of Denmark and was responsible for developing wind power projects in China in cooperation with Vestas Wind Systems A/S. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Sun was the general manager in charge of business investment at Wu Fong Investment Co., Ltd. of Denmark. Between 1983 and 1990, Mr. Sun worked as an official at customs, the publicity department and the foreign trade bureau of the City Government of Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province. He has been Executive Chairman at Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. since June 28, 2015 and has been its Executive Director since May 27, 2015. He served as a Non-Executive Director of the Corporation from May 2015 to June 2015. Mr. Sun graduated from Suzhou Transportation Vocational College in 1985 and received an EMBA degree from Tsinghua University in 2006.

Ms. Pui Yun Ho, also known as Gloria, CPA, CA, CFA, CAIA, M.Sc., has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. since November 1, 2016 and its Executive Director since June 27, 2017. Ms. Ho has extensive experience in investment, risk management, corporate banking and finance. She previously worked in equity research, credit analysis, capital strategy, funds management and auditing in several international institutions and most recently as the Chief Executive of a reputable Chinese-based asset management firm. Ms. Ho is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. Ms. Ho holds a postgraduate certificate in Financial Engineering at Stanford University and a M.Sc. in Finance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
