Mr. Marc A. Hoffman has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. since February 18, 2010. Mr. Hoffman served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management of Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc., since September 5, 2006. Mr. Hoffman served as Vice President of Asset Management and Strategic Initiatives of Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc., since June 5, 2006. Mr. Hoffman is a 27-year veteran of Marriott Hotels & Resorts and the Ritz-Carlton Company. He served as Vice President and Managing Director at Grande Lakes Orlando from 2002, a luxury dual-hotel property. Prior to heading up Grande Lakes Orlando, he served as General Manager of the Ritz Carlton, Palm Beach, Marriott's Harbor Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale and Marriott's Mountain Resort at Vail. At these resorts he developed and led over 100 million dollars of repositioning work resulting in significant EBITDA improvements. Mr.??? Hoffman holds an A.O.S. degree from The Culinary Institute of America and a B.A. degree from Florida International University.

Mr. Bryan Albert Giglia serves as Principal Financial Officer and Duly Authorized Officer at RP/HH Park Plaza, Limited Partnership. Mr. Giglia has been Chief Financial Officer at Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc since February 15, 2013 and serves as its Executive Vice President. He served as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary of Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. He is responsible for overseeing all facets of the Company's corporate finance, accounting and tax functions. Mr. Giglia served as the Senior Vice President of Finance from December 2010 to February 15, 2013 and Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance from March 2010 to December 2010 at Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. He joined Sunstone in March 2004 and has served as a key leader in Sunstone's finance department for nine years. Mr. Giglia has exhibited solid command of all of Sunstone's finance-related functions and has distinguished himself as a key member of Sunstone's leadership team.

Mr. Robert C. Springer has been a Chief Investment Officer of Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc., since February 15, 2013 and served its as a Senior Vice President. Mr. Springer has been an Executive Vice President of Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc. since February 18, 2016. Mr. Springer served as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc., from May 2011 to February 15, 2013. Mr. Springer oversees all aspects of the Company's acquisitions and dispositions process. Mr. Springer joined Sunstone in May 2011 and has materially enhanced Sunstone's acquisitions and dispositions function by adding additional decision support tools, improving Sunstone's screening process and incorporating a new multi-departmental deal review process. He was a Vice President in Goldman, Sachs & Co.'s Merchant Banking Division and has been a key player in Sunstone's principal lodging investing activity primarily through the Whitehall Street Real Estate series of private equity funds, as well as the Goldman Sachs Real Estate Mezzanine Partners fund. His involvement with these funds spanned all aspects of hotel equity and debt investing, as well as asset management of numerous lodging portfolios. Mr. Springer joined Goldman, Sachs & Co. in 2006. Prior to joining Goldman, Sachs & Co., he worked in both the feasibility and acquisitions groups at Host Hotels & Resorts and was integral to the acquisition of several large lodging deals. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Hospitality Consulting Group. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.

Steve Henderson serves as the Regional Vice President Operations of Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc.. Steve currently resides in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.
