Ms. Joanne Finnorn has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Superior Industries International, Inc. since October 31, 2017. Ms. Finnorn has been Vice President and General Counsel at Amerisure Mutual Insurance Company, Inc. since March 2016. Prior to joining Amerisure, Ms. Finnorn served as General Counsel of HouseSetter LLC, Principal of Finnorn Law & Advisory Services, Vice President and General Counsel of OnStar and General Counsel of GMAC Europe in Zurich, Switzerland. She began her career at General Motors as an attorney. Ms. Finnorn earned a B.A. in Business and History from Alma College, Alma, Mich., and received her J.D. from Stanford Law School, Stanford, Calif.

Mr. James F. Sistek, also known as Jim, has been a Senior Vice President of Business Operations & systems at Superior Industries International, Inc. since August 31, 2014. Mr. Sistek served as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Visteon Corp. from April 2007 to 2009. Mr. Sistek served as Vice President of Shared Services & Chief Information Officer of Visteon Corporation from 2009 to 2013. Mr. Sistek served as Director of Global Business Practices at Visteon Corporation since joining in October 2005. He served as Vice President of Global Business Practices at Lear Corporation since 2003. He served as Vice President of Global Business Services at Visteon Corporationk. Mr. Sistek was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Infologic, Inc. from 2013 to August 2014. He served as Director of Program Management Electronics Division at Lear Corporation since 2000 and served as its Director Advanced Engineering/Value Engineering/Quality since 1999. Mr. Sistek holds a MS in Engineering Management from the University of Michigan and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University.

Mr. Parveen Kakar has been a Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Product Development at Superior Industries International, Inc. since 2014. Mr. Kakar served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Engineering & Product Development at Superior Industries International, Inc. since July 2008. Mr. Kakar served as a Vice President of Program Development of Superior Industries International Inc. from 2003 to July 2008 and served as its Director of Engineering Services since 1989. He joined Superior in 1989. Mr. Kakar holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College in India.

Mr. Nadeem Moiz has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Superior Industries International, Inc. since July 1, 2017. Prior to joining Superior, Mr. Moiz served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Direct ChassisLink Inc. He had various roles of increasing responsibilities at DaimlerChrysler AG and then served as Vice President Finance, Strategic Planning and Supply Chain at Graphic Packaging International. He is a proven and accomplished financial leader and has a strategic and operational expertise. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Moiz holds Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Florida A&M University and has completed the Advance Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Robert M. Tykal, also known as Rob, has been Senior Vice President of Operations at Superior Industries International, Inc. since June 12, 2017. Mr. Tykal served as the President of Jacobs Vehicle Systems, Inc. from 2006 to 2013. He joined Danaher in October and has completed an extensive orientation process to get to know Danaher and Danaher Business System processes and tools. He served as the Vice President of Global Operations for Gilbarco Veeder Root at Fortive Corporation ( Fortive ) from 2013 to 2016. Before joining Fortive, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of DaimlerChryser AG/MTU Drive Shafts from 2002 to 2006. Prior to MTU, he was employed by Detroit Diesel Corporation for 18 years, where he served as Vice President and General Manager leading the Series 2000 and 4000 business units with $200M in sales. He earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.

Mr. Scot S. Bowie has been the Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President and Corporate Controller of Superior Industries International, Inc. since August 25, 2015. Mr. Bowie served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Affinia Group Intermediate Holdings Inc. from December 01, 2011 to April 1, 2014. Mr. Bowie previously served as Corporate Controller of Black Diamond, Inc. from July 2014 to June 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Bowie served as Chief Accounting Officer of Affinia Group Holdings, Inc. (Affinia) from December 2011 to May 2014. He previously served as Corporate Controller of External Reporting of Affinia from January 2008 to December 2011. Mr. Bowie has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. In addition, Mr. Bowie is Certified Public Accountant.

Mark Arnold serves as the VP Global Supply Chain of Superior Industries. Mark started at Superior Industries in July of 2016. Mark currently resides in the Greater Detroit Area.

Troy Ford serves as the VP of Corporate Finance and Treasurer of Superior Industries. Troy started at Superior Industries in January of 2016. Troy currently resides in the Greater Detroit Area.
