Your compensation is based on how hard you're willing to work, and how much you're willing to grow. If you're willing to sculpt yourself and continuously grow as a person, you can make a lot more than you expect.

It was pretty short and sweet, the first interview is just to make sure you're a good fit for the company, and the second interview allows you to ask your upline all questions you have about the company. Very informative and relaxed.

The culture is very positive as a whole, SFG is very much based around helping families, emphasizing growing as a person, etc. They don't talk about money or how much you can make most of the time, they focus on helping families and having the right mindset every day to be successful.
