Mr. Craig C. Bram serves as a Managing Director of Mirrus Business Advisors and Avitas Capital, LLC. Mr. Bram has been the Chief Financial Officer for TrialNet, Inc., since 1996. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Synalloy Corporation since January 24, 2011. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Acuity Management Solutions Ltd. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CRI Tolling, LLC. He founded Horizon Capital Management, Inc., in 1996 and serves as its President. He has been Managing Director of McCammon Group since 1995. He has almost 30 years experience in business management, financial operations, management consulting, business start-ups and strategic planning for a variety of business and government organizations. He is an investor in six private companies, serving on their Boards and playing an active role in their day-to-day operation. He served as the President of Bizport, Ltd. (Dave Jones & Associates Inc) since 2002 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2002 to 2010. Mr. Bram has been a Director of Synalloy Corporation since January 24, 2011 and TrialNet, Inc. since 1997. Mr. Bram served as a Director of Synalloy Corporation from 2004 to September 24, 2010.

Mr. James Greg Gibson has been President of Synalloy Chemicals at Synalloy Corporation since April 1, 2015. Mr. Gibson served as General Manager of Synalloy Chemicals at Synalloy Corporation since April 2015 until December 2015. Mr. Gibson served as an Executive Vice President of Sales & Administration at Synalloy Corporation. He has many years experienced in both the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. He began his sales career in the pharmaceutical industry. He has provided expertise in building client relationships, growing product market share, sales profitability and developing and executing sales strategies. He served as General Manager of Synalloy Chemicals at Color Resources, LLC. Mr. Gibson graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and an MBA from the University of North Alabama.

Mr. Richard D. Sieradzki, also known as Rick, has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Synalloy Corporation since July 13, 2015. Mr. Sieradzki served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Synalloy Corporation from April 05, 2010 to June 18, 2010 and served as its Assistant Vice President of Finance since June 2007. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Synalloy Corporation from June 18, 2010 to July 13, 2015. Mr. Sieradzki served as Vice President of Accounting of Ryan's Restaurant Group Inc. from October 2003 to 2006 and Corporate Controller from October 1988 to 2006. Prior to joining Synalloy Corp., he was employed by Buffets, Inc. - Ryan's Division as Divisional Vice President, Finance from 2006 to 2007. His primary responsibilities at Ryan's included financial statement preparation and SEC reporting and disclosures. Mr. Sieradzki is a certified public accountant.

Mr. J. Kyle Pennington has been the President of Synalloy Metals, Inc. since January 1, 2013. Mr. Pennington has been President of Bristol Metals, LLC since June 2011. Mr. Pennington served as the President of Bristol Metals, LLC from July 2011 to December 31, 2012 and served as its President of Brismet Pipe Division at Synalloy Corp. since September 22, 2009 until July 2011. Mr. Pennington served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Bristol Metals, LLC since December 2007. From 2005 to December 2007, Mr. Pennington served at SATCOM Technologies Division of General Dynamics in Kilgore, TX as Manufacturing/Logistics Manager. He was employed with Dell Computer Corporation in Nashville, TN as Manager of Universal Assembly from 2005 until 2006. Prior to that, he was self employed from 1999 to 2005 as owner/operator of three businesses in the food service industry. Previous to this, he spent 11 years in various management positions at Lone Star Steel in Lone Star, TX. He received his B.S. in Business Management degree from the University of Tennessee.

Mr. Steven J. Baroff, also known as Steve, has been the President and General Manager of Specialty Pipe & Tube at Synalloy Corporation since March 2001. Mr. Baroff served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and has nearly 30 years' experience in the master distribution of heavy wall carbon steel pipe and tubing. Mr. Baroff received his B.A. in Finance from University of Florida.
