Mr. Jeffrey T. Gill has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sypris Solutions Inc. a holding company of Sypris Electronics, LLC. since 1992. Mr. Gill has been the President of Sypris Technologies, Inc. since August 4, 2015. He also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sypris Solutions., which is a holding company of Sypris Technologies, Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President of Sypris Solutions Inc.'s predecessor from 1983 to 1992. He has been the Chairman and Director of Sypris Solutions Inc. since October 24, 2016 and 1983 repectively. Mr. Gill holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and MBA from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Anthony C. Allen, also known as Tony, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sypris Solutions Inc. since January 1, 2015 and also has been its Vice President since December 2004. Mr. Allen serves as an Assistant Secretary of Sypris Data Systems, Inc., Sypris Electronics, LLC, Sypris Technologies, Inc., Sypris Technologies Kenton Inc., Sypris Technologies Marion LLC and Sypris Test & Measurement Inc. He served as Treasurer of Sypris Solutions Inc. from December 2004 to December 2014 and also served as its Assistant Secretary since 1997 to 2003. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of Sypris Solutions Inc. from July 4, 2008 to September 15, 2008 and its Chief Financial Officer March 24, 2005 to September 15, 2008. He served as Vice President of Finance and Information Systems of Sypris Solutions Inc. from December 2003 to December 2004, served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Controller of Sypris Solutions Inc. from 1997 to 2003. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of Sypris Solutions Inc. from March 24, 2005 to June 2005. He served as Vice President of Finance of Sypris Solutions Inc.'s predecessor from 1994 to 1998 and as Vice President and Controller from 1987 to 1994. Prior to 1987, he served in a variety of management positions with Armor Elevator. He has been an Independent Director of CafePress Inc. since May 15, 2015. Mr. Allen holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University and an MBA from Bellarmine University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Kentucky.

Mr. Stephen W. Straub has been Vice President of Operations at Sypris Solutions Inc. since August 4, 2015. Mr. Straub has also served as Vice President of Operations of Sypris Technologies, Inc. since November 2007. From February of 2007 to November of 2007, Mr. Straub served as Manufacturing Manager for Southern Motor Company, LLC. From 2000 to 2007, Mr. Straub served in a number of increasingly responsible executive positions in the commercial vehicle systems area for ArvinMeritor, Inc. Mr. Straub served as Senior Director of Operations, Trailer Systems at ArvinMeritor, Inc. He has authored several patents for aviation igniter and ignition systems and is a Registered Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Michigan. Mr. Straub holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Mr. John R. McGeeney has been Vice President of Sypris Solutions Inc. since August 8, 2011 and as its General Counsel and Secretary since August 2011. Mr. McGeeney served as General Counsel and Secretary of Sypris Solutions Inc. from June 2003 to July 2011. He served as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of ARM Financial Group Inc. since September 1998. He served as an Executive Vice President of Retail Business Division since January 1997. Prior to then, he served as Co-General Counsel of ARM Financial Group, Inc. since January 1994. Mr. McGeeney served as an Assistant General Counsel of ARM Financial Group, Inc. from October 1993 to December 1993 and served as Secretary from December 1993 to December 1995; Executive Vice President since September 1998. From February 1988 to October 1993, he served as an Assistant General Counsel for the Accumulation and Investment Group of Capital Holding Corporation. He served as an associate with the law firm of Middleton & Reutlinger from 1986 to 1988. He served as Counsel to Middleton and Reutlinger, a law firm, since 2003. He served as General Counsel of Inviva, Inc., an insurance holding company, from 2000 to 2002. Mr. McGeeney holds a BA degree from Amherst College and a JD degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Mr. Richard L. Davis has been a Vice President of Audit and Compliance of Sypris Solutions Inc since August 2015. Mr. Davis served as Senior Vice President of Sypris Solutions Inc. from 1997 to July 2015. Mr. Davis served as Secretary of Sypris Solutions Inc. from 1998 to 2003 and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of its predecessor from 1985 to 1997. Prior to 1985, Mr. Davis served in a number of management positions with Armor Elevator and Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. Davis holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Louisville. He is a certified public accountant in the state of Kentucky.

Ms. Rebecca R. Eckert, also known as Becca, has been the Principal Accounting Officer and Controller for Sypris Solutions Inc., since May 12, 2009. Ms. Eckert completed her BS in Accounting from University of Kentucky and also completed her MS in Accounting from University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
