How's the work life balance at Sysco?

Most families work an 8am to 5pm type of job. I work 2 am to about 4 pm. When I’m done with work, there is no family time until the weekends. Even if I am able to be off work a little early, I still need to go to bed early to make sure I’m am alert at work. My wife works til 5 pm and my bed time is 6 pm. So to answer the question about work/life balance....... non existent.

It is different depending on the management in each OpCo, but from my experience it was very poor. You give a lot to an organization that doesn’t give much to you in return.

There is none, 12-14 every day. It seems they go out of their way to make days long for no reason. No talking to management here.

Work is the core of your life when you work at Sysco, there isn't much balance.

Sysco doesn't care about your home life they just care about their numbers
