    Very busy. Production numbers, whether order selecting, forking, loading, or delivering. windows for deliveries are tight, warehouse is always making life harder for drivers. The equipment given makes the job assignments very easy, top notch stuff. However not all Sysco operating companies are Unionized. With a Union contract, you lock in your seniority, wages and retirement and working conditions. It's grueling work. But it is leading industry and an abundance of work, all you need is good work ethic and a GED and you can once full rate easily make 80k/yr (I say easily, AGAIN it's hard work).

    It's a hostile and corrosive environment. Things here go only one way, Sysco's way. Very un healthy atmosphere, physically, emotionally, spiritually.

    Not paid nearly enough for the stress, very few holidays, and not enough time off to spend with family.
