Ms. Lynn L. Blake has been the Chief Financial Officer of Tactile Systems Technology, Inc. since April 2016. Ms. Blake served as Chief Financial Officer of Taylor-Wharton International LLC. She served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Analysts International Corp. since July 2, 2012. She served as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance at Entegris, Inc. from June 2007 to June 22, 2012. She served as Corporate Controller at MTS Systems Corporation (MTS Systems, Inc.), a global manufacturing company specializing in advanced engineering systems for mechanical testing applications, from 2002 to 2007. She has also held a variety of senior financial and accounting positions at other publicly traded and privately held companies including Carlson Companies, Gartner Institute, Cowles Media Corporation and Honeywell International, Inc.

Mr. Robert J. Folkes has been the Chief Operating Officer of Tactile Systems Technology, Inc. since February 2015. Mr. Folkes serves as Chief Financial Officer of VBOX, Incorporated. Mr. Folkes served as Chief Financial Officer at Tactile Systems Technology, Inc. since 2005 until April 2016. Mr. Folkes served as Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Respiratory, Inc. since November 1997. Mr. Folkes was responsible for managing financial activities, information systems, human resources, office administration and facilities at Advanced Respiratory. Prior to joining Advanced Respiratory, Mr. Folkes was with Ernst & Young LLP for nearly a decade. He served as Ernst & Young's Senior Manager of the Entrepreneurial Services Group, he was involved with numerous SEC registrations, mergers and acquisitions. He serves as Director of VBOX, Incorporated.

Juleen Krings serves as the CHRO of Tactile Medical. Juleen started at Tactile Medical in July of 2018. Juleen currently resides in Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.

Mark Aldridge serves as the Vice President of Operations of Tactile Medical. Mark started at Tactile Medical in September of 2016. Mark currently resides in Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.

Bryan Rishe serves as the VP Sales of Tactile Medical. Bryan started at Tactile Medical in December of 2008. Bryan currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina Area.

Cheryl P serves as the Director of Tactile Medical. Cheryl started at Tactile Medical in July of 2017. Cheryl currently resides in Portland, Oregon Area.
