Mr. Bangxin Zhang Co-founded TAL Education Group and has been its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 2003. Mr. Zhang is instrumental to the development and success of TAL Education business. He provides vision, overall management and strategic decision-making relating to marketing, investment planning and corporate development. Mr. Zhang serves as a Director of Minerva Project, Inc. Mr. Zhang has been a Director at TAL Education Group since 2003. He received his Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences from Sichuan University in 2001, was in the postgraduate program of the Life Science School of Peking University from 2002 to 2007 and received an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School in 2009.

Mr. Yan Huang has been the Chief Technology Officer of TAL Education Group since October 10, 2016. Mr. Huang joined TAL in April 2015. He has served as General Manager of new product department and Assistant Vice President. Prior to this role, Mr. Huang served as Chief Architect of Baidu, Director with Tencent Research, as well as co-founder and software architect of PPLive (now known as PPTV). Mr. Huang received his Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree from University of Science and Technology of China.

Dr. Yachao Liu is a Partner at BE Capital. Dr. Liu is a Co-Founder at TAL Education Group. He has been the Chief Operating Officer at TAL Education Group since June 2017. Dr. Liu served as a Vice President of TAL Education Group from January 2008 to 2011. Dr. Liu served as a Senior Vice President of TAL Education Group since April 2011 until September 2016. He served as General Manager of Beijing Xue'ersi Education Technology Co., Ltd. Dr. Liu also served as General Manager of Investment Division of TAL Education Group. He has been Director of TAL Education Group since October 17, 2016. Dr. Liu served as its Director of Middle School Division of TAL Education Group from September 2005 to January 2008. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Institute of Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Science in 2008. Dr. Liu obtained his Bachelor's degree in Mechanics from Peking University in 2003.

Mr. Rong Luo has been the Chief Financial Officer of TAL Education Group since November 01, 2014. Mr. Luo served as the Chief Financial Officer of eLong Inc. from June 2013 to September 30, 2014. Prior to joining eLong, Mr. Luo served as Finance Senior Manager (China) for the Lenovo Group. Prior to Lenovo, Mr. Luo held a number of positions in Beijing and Seattle in the finance function of the Microsoft Corporation, including analyst, manager and senior manager. Mr. Luo holds a double major Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Information Management & Systems from Peking University, a Master's Degree in Management Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University and is a PhD candidate in Management of Information Sciences at Peking University.

Mr. Yunfeng Bai has been the President of TAL Education Group since October 10, 2016. Mr. Bai served as a Senior Vice President of TAL Education Group since April 2011 until October 10, 2016. Mr. Bai served as a Vice President of TAL Education Group from June 2008 to April 2011. He founded high school division in 2005 and was the director of TAL Beijing operations from June 2006 through May 2008. Mr. Bai received his bachelor's degree in Engineering Automation from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2003, attended the CEO class of Guanghua Management School of Peking University from 2008 to 2009. He holds EMBA from China Europe International Business School in 2012.
