Mr. Brian Battison has been Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Taseko Mines Ltd. since September 2007. Since joining to Taseko in 2006, Mr. Battison has been responsible for government and community relations, public communications, policy development and planning. He has also been directly involved in the Federal and Provincial environmental assessment processes for both Prosperity and New Prosperity. He is a public affairs specialist with over 30 years of practical experience in policy development, issue management and communication in both the private and public sectors. He has been a senior political and policy advisor for the government of British Columbia. He served as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Mining Association of BC. He spent more than a decade operating a private full service communications consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, Program Development, implementation and evaluation in the areas of mining and resource development, electrical energy and health care.

Mr. John W. McManus, P.Eng has been Chief Operating Officer of Taseko Mines Ltd. since December 2013. Mr. McManus served as Senior Vice President, Operations at Taseko Mines Ltd. since December 2007 until December 2013. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, Operations of Taseko Mines Ltd. from October 18, 2005 to December 2007. He has worked in the mining industry in British Columbia for 30 years where he has gained experience in mine operations, mine engineering and environmental management. Prior to joining Taseko in 2005 he held positions as General Manager, Coal Mountain Operations at Elk Valley Coal Corporation. He was the Mine Manager at Teck Cominco's coal mining joint venture Bullmoose operation, General Superintendent at the Elkview coal mine and Superintendent of Engineering at the Quintette operation. His past experience also includes five years working in operations and engineering at the Highland Valley and Lornex copper mines. He served as Chairman of the Board for the Mining Association of British Columbia from 2010 to 2012. In 2010, He was awarded with E.A. Scholz Award from The Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia, in recognition of Excellence in Mine Development. Mr. McManus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mining engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a technologist Diploma in Mining from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Scott Jones, P.Eng, has been Vice President of Engineering of Taseko Mines Ltd. since December 2007. Mr. Jones served as General Manager of Project Development of Taseko Mines Ltd. since June 2006. Prior to joining Taseko in 2006, He held roles in grass roots exploration, as well as operations and engineering roles in both open pit and underground mining as Pit Superintendent at the Williams Mine, Area Superintendent of Engineering and Geology at the Williams and David Bell Mines and Senior Mining Engineer with Teck's corporate engineering group. He has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry, with expertise in exploration, progressive operations supervision and engineering roles. He has also held various senior positions in both underground and open pit operations for Teck Cominco and at Barrick Gold's Hemlo Operations. Mr. Jones is a Mining Engineer whose formal education includes a Diploma in Mining Technology from British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining from McGill University.

Stuart McDonald is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from the University of British Columbia. Prior to his role with Taseko, Mr. McDonald held executive positions with several companies in the mining industry. He was most recently Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Yukon Zinc Corp., a privately owned Canadian mining company, until January 2013. Prior to this position he was Chief Financial Officer of Quadra FNX Mining Ltd. (and its predecessor Quadra Mining Ltd.) from 2007 to 2010. He was also Corporate Controller at Cumberland Resources Ltd., from 2004 until its acquisition by Agnico-Eagle Mines in 2007. Prior to joining the mining industry, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP and also spent three years as an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young in the Czech Republic.
