Mr. Peter B. Evensen has been an Advisor of Teekay Offshore Partners LP. and Teekay GP L.L.C. since January 31, 2017. Mr. Evensen has been an Advisor of Teekay Corporation and Teekay LNG Partners L.P. since January 31, 2017. Mr. Evensen served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Teekay Offshore GP LLC - the General Partner of Teekay Offshore Partners LP from August 2006 to January 31, 2017 and its Principal Accounting Officer and President until January 31, 2017. Mr. Evensen served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Teekay GP L.L.C., the general partner of Teekay LNG Partners LP. from November 2004 to January 31, 2017 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until January 31, 2017. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Teekay Corporation from April 1, 2011 to January 31, 2017. He served as an Executive Vice President of Teekay Tankers Ltd. from October 2007 to March 31, 2011 and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Chief Strategy Officer of Teekay Corporation from November 1, 2006 to April 1, 2011 and Executive Vice President from February 2004 to April 1, 2011. Mr. Evensen has over 30 years of experience in banking and shipping finance. In the course of his career, he has led a wide variety of equity, debt and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Mr. Evensen international industry experience includes positions in New York, London and Oslo. He joined Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company (Teekay Shipping Corporation) in May 15, 2003 as Senior Vice President and Treasurer. Mr. Evensen served as the Chief Financial Officer of Teekay Shipping Corporation from May 15, 2003 to November 1, 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until November 1, 2006. Prior to Teekay Shipping Corporation, Mr. Evensen served as Managing Director and a Head for Global Shipping at J.P. Morgan Securities LLC (J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.), the investment banking subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase located in New York, since 1997 and worked in other senior positions for its predecessor firms for over 20 years. He started his career in 1983 with Manufacturers Hanover Trust, working in both New York and Oslo, specializing in shipping finance. His international industry experience includes positions in Vancouver, New York, London and Oslo. Since 1989, Mr. Evensen served as Managing Director and a Head for European Shipping Group in London at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. He has been a Vice Chairman of Teekay Petrojarl ASA since December 1, 2006. He has been a Director of Scandium International Mining Corp. since October 10, 2017. He serves as a Director of Teekay Petrojarl ASA. He served as a Director of Teekay Tankers Ltd. from July 10, 2015 to January 31, 2017 and previously served as its Director from October 2007 to June 12, 2013. He served as a Director of Teekay GP LLC, the general partner of Teekay LNG Partners LP from January 2005 to January 31, 2017. He served as a Director for Teekay Offshore GP LLC, the General Partner of Teekay Offshore Partners LP from August 2006 to January 31, 2017. Mr. Evensen served as a Director of The United Kingdom Mutual Steam Ship Assurance Association (Bermuda) Limited. He served as a Director of Teekay Corporation from April 1, 2011 to January 31, 2017.

Mr. William Hung has been Executive Vice President of Strategic Development at Teekay Corporation since February 22, 2016. Mr. Hung has been the Chief Executive Officer of Tanker Investments Ltd. since January 2014. He serves as Vice President Commercial, Strategic Development for Teekay Corporation. Mr. Hung joined Teekay Corporation in 1995 and has worked in a variety of roles in Chartering, Business Development, Finance and Accounting and Strategic Development.

Mr. Vincent Lok, also known as Vince, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Teekay Corporation since October 2007 and its Executive Vice President since July 2007. Mr. Lok served as the Chief Financial Officer of Teekay Tankers Ltd, a subsidiary of Teekay Corporation from October 2007 to December 2017 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President until December 2017. He served as the Senior Vice President of Teekay Corporation since February 2004, Treasurer from February 2004 to November 1, 2006 and Vice President of Finance since March 2002. Mr. Lok joined Teekay Corporation in 1993. Since that time, he has held a number of finance and accounting positions in Teekay Corporation, including Controller from 1997 to March 2002. Prior to Teekay Corporation, Mr. Lok worked in Vancouver Audit Practice of Deloitte & Touche. He has been a Director of Teekkay Gp LLC at Teekay LNG Partners LP. since June 9, 2015.

Mr. Arthur J. Bensler, also known as Art, has been the Executive Vice President of Teekay Corporation (alternate name Teekay Shipping Corporation) since January 2006 and has been its Corporate Secretary since March 2003 and General Counsel since September 1998. Mr. Bensler served as Secretary of Teekay Tankers Ltd from October 2007 to September 2014. He joined Teekay Shipping Corporation in September 1998 and served as its Vice President since 2002. Mr. Bensler served as Senior Vice President of Teekay Corporation since February 2004. Before joining Teekay Shipping Corp., he was a partner in a large Vancouver law firm, where he practiced corporate, commercial and maritime law since 1986. Mr. Bensler served as a Assistant Corporate Secretary of Teekay Corporation. He has been the Chairman of Teekay Tankers Ltd. since June 12, 2013. Mr. Bensler serves as a Director of The Standard Steamship Owners' Protection and Indemnity Association (Bermuda) Limited.
