Mr. Michael J. Rugen, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Executive Officer at Tengasco Inc. since June 28, 2013. Mr. Rugen has been Chief Financial Officer of Tengasco Inc. since September 28, 2009. He serves as President of Tengasco Pipeline Corporation at Tengasco Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Texas) and has been involved in the financial aspects of the oil and gas business since 1982. From 1982 to 1998, Mr. Rugen served in a variety of accounting and financial capacities at BHP Petroleum in Houston and Denver, culminating in service as Finance Manager of the Producing Asset team with responsibility for the Gulf of Mexico and Bolivian financial operations of this international company. From 1999 to 2007, he provided financial consulting services with Jefferson Wells International and UHY Advisors in Houston and from 2007 to 2009 served as a Vice President, Accounting and Finance of Nighthawk Oilfield Services in Houston. Mr. Rugen holds a Bachelor of Science, Business and Accounting from Indiana University.

Mr. Cary V. Sorensen has been General Counsel of Tengasco Inc. since July 9, 1999 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Sorensen has been Vice President at Tengasco Inc. since October 17, 2003. He serves as Vice President at Tengasco Pipeline Corporation. Prior to joining Tengasco in July 1999, he was engaged in the practice of law in Houston, Texas relating to the energy industry since 1977, both in private law firms and a corporate law department, most recently serving for seven years as senior counsel with the litigation department of Enron Corp. before entering private practice in June, 1996. He has represented virtually all of the major oil companies headquartered in Houston and all of the operating subsidiaries of Enron Corp., as well as local distribution companies and electric utilities in a variety of litigated and administrative cases before state and federal courts and agencies in five states. These matters involved gas contracts, gas marketing, exploration and production disputes involving royalties or operating interests, land titles, oil pipelines and gas pipeline tariff matters at the state and federal levels and general operation and regulation of interstate and intrastate gas pipelines. Mr. Sorensen is a 1976 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and has undergraduate and graduate degrees form North Texas State University and Catholic University in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Gary J. Wagner has been Kansas Production Manager at Tengasco Inc. since January 2005. Mr. Wagner has been with Tengasco since 2003. Prior to working with Tengasco, he was employed as District Manager with Micro Well Services. His numerous duties including treating wells and municipal systems, well site workover supervision and sales duties for microbial products. Mr. Wagner was employed by OXY USA, Inc. from 1975 to 1998 as a Production Coordinator, a senior engineering technician and a field supervisor. His responsibilities included computerized record keeping, supervision of daily production and field hourly employees, supervised contract labor, workover and drilling rigs. Mr. Wagner attended Fort Hays State University in Hays Kansas.
