Mr. H. Chris Killingstad serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Tennant at Orbio Technologies Group. Mr. Killingstad has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Tennant Company since December 1, 2005 and has been its Director since October 6, 2005. He served as Vice President of North America at Tennant Co. since Joining in April 2002. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Killingstad was employed by The Pillsbury Company, a consumer foods manufacturer. From 1999 to 2000, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Frozen Products for Pillsbury North America, from 1996 to 1999, he served as Regional Vice President and Managing Director of Pillsbury Europe and as Regional Vice President of Haagen-Daas Asia Pacific from 1990 to 1996. He has played a pivotal role in Tennant's renewed growth and transformation to date. He was employed by The Pillsbury Company for 10 years in senior management positions in Europe, Asia and North America. He served as Pillsbury's Senior Vice President and General Manager of Pillsbury Frozen Products in North America, responsible for this $2.1 billion business. He spent eight years at Pepsi-Cola International in positions of increasing management responsibility in the areas of international business development and sales and marketing. He also previously held financial management positions with General Electric. from 1978 to 1980. Mr. Killingstad earned a Master's degree in Business from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor's degree from Colgate University.

Mr. Jeffrey C. Moorefield has been Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Tennant Company since April 20, 2015. Mr. Moorefield joined Tennant from Minneapolis-based Pentair, Inc., where his most recent position was Global Vice President of Operations-Technical Solutions. Previously, he held the same title for Pentair's Filtration and Process business and Water Purification business. In total, he spent roughly 10 years with Pentair with a short two-year break to lead operations for a technical start-up company. In addition to these positions, he earned extensive experience in leadership roles with Emerson Electric Company from 1987 to 2001, after starting his career as a Design Engineer at Kentucky-based Smith & Proffit Machine & Engineering. Mr. Moorefield holds a degree in Industrial Technology from Western Kentucky University.

Mr. Michael W. Schaefer, also known as Mike, serves as the Chief Technical Officer from January 16, 2008 and Senior Vice President of Engineering and Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Tennant Company and also served as it's Senior Vice President since October, 2013. Mr. Schaefer served as Chief Technical Officer of Global Research and Development and was responsible for global R& D efforts of Tennant. He has spent seven years with Ecolab, Inc., where he served as Vice President of Dispensing Systems, Lean Six Sigma and Quality where he led R& D efforts for their equipment business, continuous improvement and standardization of R& D processes. He held various management positions with Alticor Corporation and Kraft General Foods. He began his career as a Scientist with The Pillsbury Company. Mr. Schaefer holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Richard H. Zay, also known as Rusty, has been the Senior Vice President of Americas at Tennant Company since July 21, 2014. Mr. Zay served as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Tennant Company from October 2013 to July 21, 2014 and served as its Vice President of Global Marketing since June 2010. He heads Tennant's global marketing efforts and responsible for setting the vision and direction for the global marketing group. Mr. Zay has 17 plus years of marketing experience and brand management expertise, including product planning, merchandising, marketing communications and sales education. He spent the last four years with Whirlpool Corporation where he most recently held the position of General Manager, KitchenAid Brand majors. Prior to Whirlpool Corporation, He held various positions at Maytag Corporation including Vice President, Jenn-Air Brand; Director of Marketing, Maytag Brand; and Director of Cooking Category Management. Mr. Zay holds a BS in Management from Purdue University.

Mr. Jeffrey L. Louis Cotter, also known as Jeff, has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Tennant Company since September 25, 2017. Mr. Cotter has more than 20 years of legal experience with a breadth of knowledge in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, litigation, securities law, regulatory compliance programs and complex commercial transactions. He served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of G&K Services Inc. from June 2008 to March 21, 2017. Mr. Cotter joined G&K Services Inc. as Senior Corporate Counsel in February 2006 and was promoted to its Director - Legal Services in 1997. He served as an Associate at the law firm Leonard, Street and Deinard Professional Association from 1997 to 1999 and from 2001 to 2003, as well as Assistant General Counsel of Stockwalk.com, Inc. from 1999 to 2001 and an Associate in the law firm of Briggs & Morgan, P.A.

Mr. Thomas A. Stueve has been Treasurer of Tennant Company since September 2014 and has been its Vice President of Global Tax and Treasury and also served as it's Senior Director of Global Tax & Treasury since August 2014. Mr. Stueve has been a Director of Tennant Australia Pty Limited since August 6, 2015. He held BS degree in accounting and finance from University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and Master in Business Taxation degree from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

Rusty Zay serves as the Senior Vice President, Americas of Tennant Company. Rusty started at Tennant Company in Jul of 2014. Rusty currently resides in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.

Jeff Moorefield serves as the Senior Vice President, Global Operations of Tennant Company. Jeff started at Tennant Company in Apr of 2015. Jeff currently resides in the Louisville, Kentucky Area.

Steven Vossen serves as the Vice President - Operations Center of Excellence of Tennant Company. Steven started at Tennant Company in Aug of 2018. Steven currently resides in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.
