Mr. C. Keith Cargill serves as President and Chief Executive Officer (???CEO???) of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (the ???Company???) and as a member of the board of Directors of the Company since January 2014. He has served as CEO of Texas Capital Bank, N.A. (the ???Bank???) since June 2013, and President of the Bank since October 2008. He joined Texas Capital Bank in 1998 as one of its founding members. He has more than 30 years of diverse banking, finance, operating and accounting expertise to his responsibilities as President and Chief Executive Officer of Texas Capital Bank. Before forming Texas Capital Bank, he was President of Cargill Lakes, Inc., a privately owned venture capital investment company and executive operating officer of Mack Financial Group, Inc., where he was instrumental in the acquisition and operation of a commercial finance division of a Fortune 500 company. A native Texan and banking veteran, his career includes Comerica Bank ??? Texas where he was Senior Vice President and Middle-Market Banking Manager; NorthPark National Bank, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer; and Texas American Bank ??? Riverside in Fort Worth, where he was President and Chief Executive Officer. He began his business career at Arthur Andersen & Co. He is active in the community, serving on the advisory boards of the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University and the development board of the University of Texas at Arlington, the Chiapas Project, HopeXchange, and as the Chairman of the board of World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth. He also is a member of several organizations, including Dallas Social Venture Partners, Business Executives for National Security and The University of Texas System Chancellor's Council and involved with the Baylor Foundation. He also is a member of the Texas Capital Bank board of Directors. He is a graduate of Baylor University and earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
