A native Texan and banking veteran, his career includes Comerica Bank ??? Texas where he was Senior Vice President and Middle-Market Banking Manager; NorthPark National Bank, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer; and Texas American Bank ??? Riverside in Fort Worth, where he was President and Chief Executive Officer. He began his business career at Arthur Andersen & Co. He is active in the community, serving on the advisory boards of the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University and the development board of the University of Texas at Arlington, the Chiapas Project, HopeXchange, and as the Chairman of the board of World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth. He also is a member of several organizations, including Dallas Social Venture Partners, Business Executives for National Security and The University of Texas System Chancellor's Council and involved with the Baylor Foundation. He also is a member of the Texas Capital Bank board of Directors. He is a graduate of Baylor University and earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Mr. Vince A. Ackerson is the Founder of Texas Capital Bank N.A. Mr. Ackerson has been the President of Texas Region and Chief Lending Officer at Texas Capital Bank since July 2013. Mr. Ackerson served as President of Dallas Region of Texas Capital Bank at Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. from October 2008 to July 2013 and served as its Chief Lending Officer of Dallas Region. Mr. Ackerson has been integral to the Bank's growth and success. Since 1998, he has steadily increased his level of responsibility because of his smart, focused and knowledgeable approach to serving customers' banking needs. In November 2008, he was named president of the Dallas region. Mr. Ackerson is responsible for all lending areas in Dallas, including Corporate Banking, Business Banking, Private Client, Real Estate and Energy lending divisions. Previously, he was executive vice president and chief lending officer for the Dallas region. Mr. Ackerson joined the Bank from Resource Bank Dallas, where he was an organizer, shareholder and director. Before that, he was president of Mack Financial Group, Inc. While there, he successfully negotiated the purchase of the commercial finance division of a Fortune 500 company, provided financial consulting to a Fortune 100 company and headed the merger and acquisition work for a large NASDAQ-listed company. He was part of the Comerica Bank-Texas organization following its purchase of NorthPark National Bank. At Comerica, he was senior vice president and manager of commercial banking. He was senior vice president at NorthPark National as well and managed the commercial lending division. When Bank of Texas and Kazakhstan, Almaty forged a successful banking venture in the former Soviet Union, Mr. Ackerson served as founder, shareholder and director for this effort. He started his career at First National Bank of Dallas. Mr. Ackerson serves on the Suncreek United Methodist Finance Committee as well as the Boards of Directors for the SMU Athletic Forum and DOWNTOWNDALLAS. Mr. Ackerson earned his master's of business administration and bachelor's degrees from Louisiana State University.

Ms. Julie L. Anderson has been the Chief Financial Officer of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. since July 1, 2017 and its Chief Accounting Officer and Secretary since December 2003 and May 2014 respectively. Ms. Anderson has been Controller of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. since February 1999 and served as its Executive Vice President. Ms. Anderson has been Chief Financial Officer of Texas Capital Bank, National Association since July 2013 and also serves as its Controller. She is responsible for managing the relationship with Texas Capital's external auditors and in that connection she has dealt with numerous and significant accounting changes and regulatory requirements affecting public companies, banks and Texas Capital. She joined Texas Capital Bancshares in February 1999 shortly after its formation. Her responsibilities include managing all accounting and external financial reporting functions for Texas Capital, as well as financial planning and funds management for the Bank. During her tenure at Texas Capital, she has led and managed a wide range of initiatives and policies critical to its success. She has been heavily involved in multiple offerings of Texas Capital's common stock, as well as a debt issuance and a preferred stock offering, that were necessary to support the rapid growth experienced since 1999. In addition, she was responsible for all aspects of implementation and maintaining compliance with requirements of Sarbanes Oxley, the SEC and numerous banking regulations. She began her career in assurance services as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young, LLP. She left E&Y as an Audit Manager in October 1996 to assume direct responsibilities in financial planning for a publicly traded company in the financial services industry. Ms. Anderson holds Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees in accounting from the University of North Texas. Anderson is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Peter B. Bartholow served as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. until December 2017 and served as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bartholow was a Managing Partner for almost five years with a Dallas-based private equity firm. For three years, he was Vice President of corporate finance at EDS where he also served on the board of Directors at A.T. Kearney. He was Chief Financial Officer at First USA, Inc., and served in a number of capacities with MCorp, a Texas-based banking organization.
