I had to go thru three interviews before a job was offered, but it was worth it in the long run.
They take the time to listen to everyone for new ideas on how to progress the business. I feel like a valued part of the team.
That is probably one of our weaker spots in the company. People don't value start times, and we need better leadership in meetings to get a good result.
