What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take the time to listen to everyone for new ideas on how to progress the business. I feel like a valued part of the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to be little more flexible regarding working hours
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Regular annual reviews with commensurate pay increases. As well as very generous health benefits.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
That is probably one of our weaker spots in the company. People don't value start times, and we need better leadership in meetings to get a good result.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with are trusted to get their job done without much direction.

I had to go thru three interviews before a job was offered, but it was worth it in the long run.
