Mr. Philip K. Brewer, also known as Phil, CHA, has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Textainer Group Holdings Limited since October 4, 2011. Mr. Brewer served as Regional Director of Operations of Growth Properties Investment Managers, Inc. He is directly responsible for the daily supervision and operation of the Holiday Inn Philadelphia - Cherry Hill, as well as being involved with Third Party Management of other hotels within Growth Properties portfolio. His area of expertise is in the Budgeting and Accounting areas and works closely with various properties to develop and then implement initial budgets, as well as serving as a consultant in future budgeting exercises. Mr. Brewer serves as Treasurer for the National Portable Storage Association. He served as an Executive Vice President of Textainer Group Holdings Limited from January 2006 to October 4, 2011. He was responsible for optimizing the capital structure and identifying new sources of finance for Textainer, as well as overseeing the management and coordinating the activities of Textainer's risk management, logistics and the resale divisions. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management Group of Textainer Limited (TL) from 1999 to 2005. Mr. Brewer served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management Group of Textainer Capital Corporation, a Managing General Partner of Textainer Equipment Income Fund V LP since 1999. He served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management Group of Textainer Financial Services Corporation, a Managing General Partner of Textainer Equipment Income Fund IV LP and Textainer Equipment Income Fund III LP since 1999. He served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management Group of TCC Equipment Income Fund from 1999 to 2005. He served as the President of TCC and TFS from January 1, 1998 to December 31, 1998. Prior to joining Textainer in 1996, he served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets of TGH and TL from 1996 to 1998. From 1989 to 1990, he served as Vice President of Corporate Finance for Jardine Fleming, a company based in Indonesia. He worked at Bankers Trust from 1990 to 1996, starting as a Vice President of Corporate Finance and ending as Managing Director and Country Manager for Indonesia. From 1987 to 1989, he served as Capital Markets Advisor to the United States Agency for International Development and from 1984 to 1987, he served as an Associate of Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York. Mr. Brewer has been a Director of Textainer Limited of Textainer Equipment Income Fund VI LP, Textainer Equipment Income Fund II LP, Textainer Equipment Income Fund III LP and TCC Equipment Income Fund since 2000. He serves as Director of the National Portable Storage Association. He serves on the Intercontinental Hotels Group General Manager's Advisory Board, a position he has now held for five years. He served as a Director of TEM from August 2002 to March 2003. He serves as also a two term Chairman of the Greater Cherry Hill Chamber of Commerce. He has been a Director of Textainer Group Holdings Limited since October 4, 2011. He serves as a Member of the Board of the Greater Philadelphia Hotel Association, serving on various committees, as well as a Member of SKAL Philadelphia. Mr. Brewer holds an MBA in Finance from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Colgate University.

Mr. Olivier Ghesquiere has been an Executive Vice President of Leasing at Textainer Group Holdings Limited since January 1, 2017. Mr. Ghesquiere served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Textainer Group Holdings Limited from December 14, 2015 to January 1, 2017. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Groupe Ermewa S.A., where he was responsible for growing the railcar and locomotive fleet to become the second largest in Europe. Mr. Ghesquiere served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Groupe Ermewa S.A. Prior to Groupe Ermewa S.A., he served as the Managing Director for Eurotainer S.A. where he developed their tank container business focusing on higher value segments of the market. Mr. Ghesquiere has over 25 years of knowledge and expertise in the leasing of transportation assets, specifically railcars, locomotives, tanks and specialized containers. He has managed all aspects of the global leasing business, including office openings, sales and marketing, finance and asset management. Mr. Ghesquiere has served as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the International Tank Container Organization (ITCO) leasing committee. Mr. Ghesquiere holds a Masters in Applied Economics from the Louvain School of Management, Belgium.

Mr. Hilliard C. Terry, III, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Textainer Group Holdings Limited since January 2012. Mr. Terry served as an Associate of Agilent Ventures. He served as Vice President and Treasurer of Agilent Technologies Inc., since November 3, 2006 and served as its Head of Investor Relation. Mr. Terry was responsible for the Agilent Technologies's global treasury organization, including: corporate cash management, corporate finance, customer financing, foreign exchange, pension assets and risk management. He joined Agilent Technologies in 1999. He served as Director of Investor Relations at Agilent Technologies Inc., until January 16, 2007. He joined VeriFone, Inc. in 1995. He served in marketing for Hewlett-Packard's VeriFone subsidiary and investor relations for VeriFone Inc. He held positions in investor relations and investment banking with Kenetech Corp. and Goldman Sachs & Co. He has been a Director of Umpqua Holdings Corporation and Umpqua Bank since January 2010. Mr. Terry received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California at Berkeley, Calif., and a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University.

Mr. Daniel W. Cohen, also known as Dan, Esq. has been Vice President and General Counsel of Textainer Equipment Management (US) Limited since September 2011. Mr. Cohen serves as Assistant Company Secretary at Textainer Group Holdings Limited. Mr. Cohen was employed at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati.
