Mr. Marc A. Stefanski has been the Chairman of TFS Financial Corp and Chief Executive Officer of TFS Financial Corp since 1998 and has been its President since January 2000. Mr. Stefanski has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Third Federal Savings And Loan Association of Cleveland, a subsidiary of TFS Financial Corp since 1988 and has been its President since January 2000. He has overseen Third Federal's continual growth as the dominant home mortgage lender in Ohio. Mr. Stefanski served in a series of positions of increasing responsibility at Third Federal, served as assistant vice president of operations. Mr. Stefanski joined Third Federal in 1982 from Ameritrust, where he served several management positions in the retail banking area. Mr. Stefanski served as the Chairman of DeepGreen Bank. He has been Director of TFS Financial Corp. since 1987. He serves as a Director of Third Federal Savings & Loan Association. He serves as Member of Honorary Board at Crossroads: Lake County Adolescent Counseling Service Inc. and New Directions, Inc. He serves as Member of the Advisory Council at New Directions, Inc. Mr. Stefanski earned Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Heidelberg College in 1976 and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College in 1980.

Ms. Meredith S. Weil joined Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland (???Third Federal??? or Third Federal Savings and Loan) in 1999. She serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Third Federal and as a member of the board of Directors. She held several senior management positions within Third Federal, including regional manager of retail delivery operations, as well as the head of customer service, internet services and marketing. She has worked in the banking industry since 1992, and is a member of the board of Trustees of both The Cleveland Orchestra and Hawken School. He serves as Vice President and Director at TFS Financial Corporation (MHC) since July 2012 and since May 29, 2014 respectively.

Mr. David S. Huffman, also known as Dave, joined Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, MHC in 1993, and has served as its Chief Financial Officer since 2000. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer of TFS Financial Corporation (MHC) since 2004 and as Secretary since 2011. Mr. Huffman has more than 30 years experience in the financial institutions industry, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of First American Savings Bank of Canton, Ohio, from 1989 to 1993.

Ms. Cathy W. Zbanek joined the Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland in 2001 and has been Chief Marketing Officer in January 2013 and also serves as the Human Resource Officer for the Association. Prior to her current role, she directed several key strategic business projects as well as systems design and development. She also managed several departments, including Customer Service. Before joining the Association, Ms. Zbanek served as a senior Consultant with Waterstone Consulting, working in their Management Consulting Group. Her experience also includes working with the consulting group, Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Mr. Paul J. Huml joined Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, MHC (the ???Third FS&L???) as a Vice President in 1998 . He has been the Chief Operating Officer of TFS Financial Corporation (MHC) in 2002 and Chief Accounting Officer in June 15, 2009. Prior to joining the Third FS&L, Mr. Huml spent 10 years in the hotel industry, focusing on the areas of finance, real estate development and risk management. Mr. Huml is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio.

Ms. Judith Z. Adam, also known as Judy, has been Chief Risk Officer at TFS Financial Corp since January 2015. Ms. Adam has been Chief Risk Officer of Third Federal Savings and Loan at TFS Financial Corp. since January 2015. She served as Chief Accounting Officer of TFS Financial Corp from 2007 to June 15, 2009. She has more than 20 years experience in the financial institutions industry. She joined TFS Financial Corp. in 2000. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Metropolitan Bank and Trust of Mayfield Heights, Ohio, from 1998 to 2000.
