Mr. Glenn A. Youngkin has been a Co-Chief Executive Officer of The Carlyle Group LP since January 1, 2018. Mr. Youngkin served as President and Chief Operating Officer at The Carlyle Group LP from June 2015 to December 31, 2018. Mr. Youngkin supervises the Energy and Natural Resources group. Mr. Youngkin helps develop and implement Carlyle's strategic growth initiatives and manage Carlyle's global operations on a day-to-day basis. Conway, Jr., also known as Bill, co-founded Carlyle Group L.P., since 1987 and has been its Co-Executive Chairman since January 1, 2018 and also serves as a Co-Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Conway was Co-Chief Executive Officer of Carlyle Group LP until January 1, 2018 and Chief Investment Officer of Carlyle Group Management Llc and Director of Carlyle Group Management LLC since July 18, 2011 at The Carlyle Group LP. He is responsible for Global Private Equity and Global Market Strategies at the firm. Previously, Mr. Conway served as the Managing Director and Head of U.S. Buyout of The Carlyle Group LP. Mr. Conway serves as Treasurer and Director of William G. McGowan Charitable Fund Inc. Mr. Conway serves as a Managing Director of TC Group III, LLC. He serves as a Partner of L-3 Communications Brashear. He served at First Global Bank Limited. Mr. Conway worked at MCI Communications from 1981 to 1987. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at MCI Communications Corporation from 1984 to 1987 and also served as its Vice President and Treasurer from 1981 to 1984. Mr. Mark Jenkins serves as the Managing Director and Head of Global Credit at The Carlyle Group LP since September 30, 2016. He is part of Global Market Strategies business segment at the firm. Mr. Jenkins served as the Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Private Investments, Vice-President and Head of Private Debt at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. Mr. Jenkins served as the Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Private Investments at Canada Pension Plan since January 27, 2015. While at CPPIB, Mr. Jenkins founded CPPIB Credit Investments and also led its acquisition and oversight of Antares Capital and the subsequent expansion in middle-market lending. He was a member of Canada Pension's Senior Management Team and was responsible for leading the direct private investments program including direct private equity, infrastructure, principal credit investments, natural resources and portfolio value creation functions. Mr. Jenkins left Canada Pension Plan on September 16, 2016. He also oversaw the portfolio value creation group, responsible for supporting the management of individual investments to create value for the private investments portfolio. He served as the Managing Director and Head of Principal Investments at Canada Pension and oversaw its direct private equity, principal credit investments and natural resources investment programs. Mr. Jenkins joined Canada Pension in 2008. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Leveraged Finance Origination and Execution at Barclays Capital PLC. Mr. Jenkins spent over 11 years at The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in senior positions within Fixed Income and Financing Groups. He also served senior finance roles at Laidlaw International, Inc. Mr. Curtis L. Buser, also known as Curt, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer at The Carlyle Group LP, since December 18, 2014. He is responsible for corporate and partnership financial management and reporting, treasury functions and fund management and is an integral part of Carlyle's public company investor reporting and information technology group. He is a part of the Executive Group of the firm. Mr. Buser joined Carlyle in September 2004 as a Managing Director and served as its Chief Accounting Officer. From May 9, 2014 until December 2014, he served as Carlyle's Interim Chief Financial Officer. Previously he was a Member of the Board of Directors of The Carlyle Group LP. He was the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Carlyle Group Management L.L.C. since May 2014 until December 2014. Mr. Buser served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Carlyle Group Management L.L.C. from September 2004 to June 2014. At Carlyle, Mr. Buser helped develop the firm's financial reporting systems for fund investors and shareholders and also looked after its budget. He also played a key role in Carlyle's initial public offering. Prior to this, Mr. Buser was an Audit Partner at Ernst & Young, LLP in their technology, communications and entertainment industry group for 19 years. He began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1985 and was admitted to the partnership in 1997. During his career in public accounting, He served on the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council from 2007 to 2010. He served on the Boards of the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra and Northern Virginia Family Services from 2009 to 2011. He has more than three decades of experience in accounting and financial management. Mr. Tyler T. Zachem serves as Managing Director and Co-Head of Carlyle Global Partners at The Carlyle Group LP. At the firm, he is part of corporate private equity business segment. Prior to joining Carlyle in 2015, Mr. Zachem served as Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of Broad Sky Partners. He was Partner at American Infrastructure MLP Funds. He served as Consultant at McKinsey & Company, Inc. He served as Vice President at A M Miller & Associates Inc since September 21, 1995. Mr. Zachem was a Founding Managing Director of MidOcean Partners and Head of the Media, Communications and Business Services group. Before MidOcean Partners, he was a Founding Managing Director and Head of the North American Media and Communications Industry Group of DB Capital Partners. He served as Managing Director at Deutsche Bank AG, Investment Arm. Mr. Zachem began his private equity career in 1993 at McCown De Leeuw. Mr. Matthew Savino serves as a Managing Director and Head of US Capital Markets with its Global Capital Markets team at Carlyle Group L.P. (Carlyle Group). He comes to Carlyle Group from BlackRock, Inc. ('BlackRock') where he was a Managing Director, serving most recently as its Global Head of Alternatives Sourcing and previously as its Co-Head of Global Capital Markets. Prior to his time at BlackRock, Mr. Savino worked as an investment banker in the Leveraged Finance Group at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers and as a financing lawyer at Latham & Watkins LLP.

Mr. David S. McCann, also known as Dave, serves as a Managing Director and a Partner of Investor Relations at The Carlyle Group LP since January 12, 2017. At the Carlyle Group, Mr. McCann works with investors. Prior to joining Carlyle in 2014, Mr. McCann was the Head of Asset Management Distribution for Credit Suisse Securities (Canada) Inc. He served as the Managing Director of Canadian institutional clients at Credit Suisse Group AG since May 2009. Mr. McCann served as Managing Director of TD Capital. Mr. McCann served as Partner with Canadian Private Equity Partners. Prior to 2010, he worked at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board as Vice President and Head of Relationship Investments in Public Markets. Mr. McCann had been with TD Capital since 1999. He served as an Executive Officer and Partner of Birch Hill Equity Partners Management Inc. He previously served with TD Capital from 1987 to 1990. Prior to that, Mr. McCann was a Partner at TD Capital. Mr. McCann served as Managing Director in the Communications Finance Group of TD Securities (USA), the investment banking subsidiary of The Toronto-Dominion Bank. Ms. Shelley Huchel Guiley, CPA has been Managing Director of Investor Relations - Washington at The Carlyle Group LP since January 2014. Ms. Guiley is part of the Investor Relations Management group. Previously, She served as a Principal and Vice President at The Carlyle Group LP. Prior to joining the Carlyle Group LP, Ms. Guiley served as a Senior Vice President and Director of Investor Relations at Allied Capital Corporation, where she managed the Allied Capital Corporation's relationships with institutional and individual investors. Prior to that, she was employed by Capital One Financial Corporation and Price Waterhouse LLP. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a Series 82 license since April 2011 and a Series 63 license since November 2011. She maintains DC registration. Ms. Guiley earned an M.B.A. from The Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Rory Macmillan serves as a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group LP since January, 2018. He also serves as a Director of External Affairs for Europe, The Middle East and Africa at the firm since August 2011. Previously he served as a Principal at the firm till January, 2018. He joined the firm In August, 2011. He serves as Vice-President at Federation of the European Sporting Goods Industry. He also serves on the Board of Street Lytes. Currently he Chairs the Board of EPER, the European Private Equity Round Table as well as being Member of the Board at Invest Europe. He also serves on the Board of World Child Cancer. He served as the Director of Government and Public Affairs for EMEA at Nike Corporation. Mr. Macmillan served as Director of Government and Public Affairs, EMEA Region at Nike, Inc. He served at L'Oreal SA.
