William J. Pasenelli is President and Chief Executive Officer of Community Financial Corporation (the ???Company???) and Chief Executive Officer of Community Bank of the Chesapeake (the ???Bank???). He also serves as Vice Chair for the Company and the Bank. He joined the Bank as Chief Financial Officer in 2000 and was named President of the Bank in 2010, President of the Company in 2012 and Chief Executive Officer in July 2014. Before joining the Bank, he had been Chief Financial Officer of Acacia Federal Savings Bank, Annandale, Virginia, since 1987. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Bankers Association and the Maryland Chamber of Commerce. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Greater Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants and other civic groups. He graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Science. He is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the National School of Banking.

Mr. Michael L. Middleton, also known as Mike, has been a Consultant of Community Bank of the Chesapeake (alternate name Bank Of Tri-County and The Community Financial Corp. (alternate name Tri-County Financial Corporation) since July 01, 2016 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1979 to June 30, 2014. Mr. Middleton was responsible for the overall operation of Community Bank of the Chesapeake (alternately, Community Bank Of Tri-County). He joined Community Bank Of Tri-County in 1973 and served in various management positions until 1979. He served as the President of Tri-County Financial Corp. until May 2012 and Community Bank Of Tri-County until March 31, 2010. He has been the Chairman of Tri-County Financial Corporation and its subsidiary Community Bank Of Tri-County since June 30, 2014. James M. Burke joined the Community Bank of the Chesapeake (the 'Bank') in 2005. He serves as the Bank's President and Chief Risk Officer of the Bank. He also serves as Chief Risk Officer of Community Financial Corporation. Before his appointment as President of the Bank in 2016, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. Before joining the Bank, he served as Executive Vice President and Senior Loan Officer of Mercantile Southern Maryland Bank. He has over 20 years of banking experience. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center and is active in other civic groups. He is a Maryland Bankers School graduate and holds a Bachelor of Arts from High Point University. He is also a graduate of the East Carolina Advanced School of Commercial Lending and attended the Harvard Business School Program on Negotiation. He is on the Board of Directors for the ARC of Southern Maryland, and a Trustee for St. Mary's Ryken High School and Historic Sotterley Plantation.

She is responsible for administrative and corporate governance matters for the Company and oversees human resources and shareholder relations. She served as Director of Human Resources & Administration at Community Bank of the Chesapeake from April 18, 2014 to January 2015. Ms. Lombardi is responsible for guiding and managing the overall Human Resources services, policies and programs for the entire company. Ms. Lombardi joined Community Bank of Tri-County in 1998. Ms. Lombardi has been with Community Bank for over 15 years, where she served in various roles. Ms. Lombardi has 20 years of banking experience. She serves as Vice Chair for the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and serves on the Advisory Board of the Maryland Banker's Association Council of Professional Women in Banking and Finance. She is a Maryland Bankers School graduate and holds a Masters in Management from University of Maryland University College. Ms. Lombardi also attended the Harvard Business School Program on Negotiation.
