Mr. James L. McCarley, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Executive Officer at The ExOne Company since August 19, 2016. Mr. McCarley served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at RTI International Metals, Inc. from May 17, 2010 to September 2015. He served as a Vice President and General Manager of Wyman-Gordon Forgings L.P. He served as the Chief Executive Officer for General Vortex Energy, Inc. from September 2009 to May 2010. His career has spanned over 22 years of service in manufacturing, including experience encompassing design, operations and business management. From 1996 to 2009, he held a variety of management positions within the forging segment of Precision Castparts Company, including Division President of Wyman Gordon Forging West from 2008 to 2009 and Vice President and General Manager of Wyman Gordon Forging, Inc. from 2006 to 2008. From 1987 to 1996, he gained engineering and other relevant experience working for various companies, including Quantum Chemical, Cameron Iron Works and General Electric Company. Mr. McCarley is a Graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1987.

Mr. S. Kent Rockwell has been the Executive Chairman of The ExOne Company since August 2016. Mr. Rockwell served as the Chief Executive Officer of The ExOne Company since January 1, 2013 until August 19, 2016. Mr. Rockwell served as the Chief Financial Officer of SenSyTech Inc., from 2000 to 2004 and Chief Executive Officer since 1998. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development of Sensytech Inc. He served as an Vice President of Corporate Development of Argon ST, Inc. until October 1, 2007. From January 1998 to June 2000, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of ST Research. in 1998. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development of Daedalus Enterprises, Inc. From November 1986 to June 1997. He served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Astrotech International Corporation since August 1987. He served as Chairman of Rockwell Venture Capital, Inc., since 1983, Chief Executive Officer since 1988 and President since 1983. He served as President of Rockwell Energy Products from 1976 to 1979. Mr. Rockwell served as Chairman of the Board of Astrotech International Corp. since August 1989. He served as Chairman of Rockwell Venture Capital Inc. since 1983. He served as the Chairman of McEvoy Oil Field Equipment from 1979 to 1981. He served as Chairman of Rockwell Forest Products Inc. since 1983 and Appalachian Timber Services, Inc. since 1988. He served as the Chairman of SenSyTech Inc. from 2000 to 2004. He served as Chairman of The ExOne Company from January 1, 2013 to August 2016. He served as the Vice Chairman of Argon ST, Inc. until August 5, 2010. From January 1998 to June 2000, he served as Vice Chairman of SenSyTech Inc. He served as the Vice Chairman of Argon ST, Inc. until October 1, 2007. He served as Vice Chairman of Daedalus Enterprises, Inc. He has been a Director at The ExOne Company since 2008. He served as Director of Argon ST, Inc. from 1987 to August 5, 2010. Mr. Rockwell served as Director of Rockwell International Inc. from 1973 to 1983. He served as a Director of Secure America Acquisition Corp. since May 14, 2007. He served as Director of Daedalus Enterprises, Inc. since 1997, Sensytech Inc. since 1987 and Astrotech International Corp. since 1995. Mr. Rockwell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lafayette College and attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Rick Lucas has been the Chief Technology Officer at The ExOne Company since June 2012. Mr. Lucas served in various positions from October 2001 to June 2012 at Touchstone Research Laboratory, a broad-based product development research facility that focuses on the development of next-generation materials and products, where he directed operations and research activities and served as Director of Operations from March 2010 to June 2012. From November 1989 to October 2001, Mr. Lucas managed product development for Lake Shore Cryotronics, a privately held developer of cryogenic temperature sensors and other instrumentation. He is serving on the National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Institute (NAMII) governance board.

Mr. Brian W. Smith has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at The ExOne Company since January 1, 2014. Mr. Smith has over 30 years of experience in a broad range of financial roles. He serves in PwC's Pittsburgh Office. He joined PwC in 1984, was admitted as a Partner in 1995 and has spent several years working in a PwC advisory business assisting industrial products, healthcare and energy companies with internal control reviews, system implementations, process transformation and change management. He held various leadership roles within PwC, including leading initiatives in specific consumer and industrial product sectors. Mr. Smith is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.A. with a concentration in accounting and minor in economics from Westminster College in 1980.

Mr. Mark S. Cianci has been Chief Commercial Officer at The ExOne Company since joining in December 2016. Mr. Cianci served as the Vice President ' Aerospace and Defense Group for RTI International Metals, Inc. (NYSE: RTI), a producer and global supplier of titanium mill products and a supplier of fabricated titanium and specialty metal components, from 2014 to 2015. From 2011 to 2014, he served as Vice President Structural Castings and New Business Integration and Continuous Improvement for Precision Castparts Corporation (NYSE: PCP), a global industrial goods and metal fabrication company that manufactures investment castings, forged components, airframe components and airfoil castings for use in the aerospace, industrial gas turbine and defense industries. From 2006 to 2011, Mr. Cianci served as President of the Forging Segment for the Ellwood Group, a privately held, vertically integrated business producing raw material and finished components for general industry. From 1996 through 2006, Mr. Cianci held a variety of operating positions within Precision Castparts Company. From 1984 to 1996, he gained engineering, operating, manufacturing and other relevant experience working for various companies. Mr. Cianci received a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Grove City College in 1984.

Mr. Hans J. Sack has been Managing Director of HEADWATERS | SC, since 2013. Mr. Sack works on client engagements on matters relating to business growth strategy development and implementation, operational improvement initiatives and acquisition and consolidation strategies and related due diligence. Mr. Sack served as the President of The ExOne Company from March 16, 2015 to August 31, 2016. He served as the President of Timken Latrobe Steel Distribution Co. Mr. Sack served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Latrobe Specialty Steel Company from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Sack served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Berg Steel Pipe Corp from 2010 to 2012. He served as President of Specialty Steel of The Timken Company since 2000 and as its Officer since 1998. In 1998, Mr. Sack served as The Timken Co.'s Group Vice President of Specialty Steel. He served as President of Latrobe Steel Company(alternate name, Latrobe Specialty Metals, Inc) until December 31, 2009. He served as Group Vice President of Specialty Steel and President of Timken Latrobe Steel since 1999. Since 1997, he served as the President of Latrobe Steel Company. From 1990 to 2006, Mr. Sack joined The TimkenSteel Corporation (formerly, Timken Company) in 1990 as a Senior Steel Business Specialist and served as Manager of Small Bar Mill, Project Manager of Parts Strategy, General Manager of Precision Steel Components and Vice President of manufacturing steel and President & Chief Executive Officer of Timken Latrobe Steel since 1996. Mr. Sack serves as a Director of Saint Vincent College and its McKenna School of Business, Economics and Government. He served as a Director of The ExOne Company from December 2014 to March 10, 2015. Mr. Sack received a master's degree in mechanical engineering from RWTH Aachen, Germany and a master's degree in business administration from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Doug Zemba serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ExOne (The ExOne Company). Doug started at ExOne (The ExOne Company) in July of 2018. Doug currently resides in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.

John Hartner serves as the Chief Operating Officer of ExOne (The ExOne Company). John started at ExOne (The ExOne Company) in November of 2018. John currently resides in the West Palm Beach, Florida Area.
