Mr. Douglas E. Jones, also known as Doug, serves as Managing Director, Fractional Chief Financial Officer, and Controller Services of The Fahrenheit Group. Mr. Jones providing senior financial management services to small and mid size organizations on an ???as needed??? basis and manages relationships with companies using other fractional resources on a short term, long term or project basis. providing strategic insights and hands-on support to growth and middle market companies throughout his career. He served as a Chief Financial Officer at several middle market companies, including East Coast Oil and Keystone Builders. Primarily focused on growth and middle market companies, Doug understands the unique challenges they face compared to large corporate environments. He has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of East Coast Oil Corp. since 1988. Mr. Jones serves as Secretary of Investors Syndicate Limited. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of The Myron Group. He has over 25 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer with various middle market companies, in addition to experience with several Fortune 500 firms. He is an experienced and results-oriented professional with extensive executive level experience in financial management, accounting and corporate administration. Mr. Jones is a Certified Financial Manager and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Ms. Michelle Cann has been the Chief Operating Officer at The Fahrenheit Group since August 2015. Ms. Michelle joined Fahrenheit in the summer of 2015 as our Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the operations of the firm, including coordination across our practice areas and support functions to ensure our continued commitment to high quality customer service and in being a 'great place to work.' She will also take a leadership role with the fractional finance and accounting practice, as well as provide technical and project support to finance and advisory engagements. Ms. Michelle joins us from Gallagher, Flynn and Co., LLP, a 70-person CPA firm located in South Burlington, Vermont, where she was Partner, Internal Firm Operations. During her career, she has also worked as manager in the accounting and audit practice providing clients with a broad range of accounting and consulting services. In addition, Michelle has an extensive tax background that includes complex tax related compliance and planning engagements. Earlier in her career, Michelle was a CPA at a regional public accounting firm in the Washington, D.C. area. Ms. Michelle graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado in 1991, earning a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting.

Mr. Richard Cross serves as Managing Director The Fahrenheit Group. Mr. Cross is using his 40 years of experience as an officer of public companies and as an owner of several privately owned companies to assist young and middle market companies assess their financial results and refine their marketing and growth strategies. He served as the manager of the commercial credit department and commercial lending officer at large regional bank. He has had to assess the financial standing and growth potential of a wide range of businesses. He has spent the past 20 years buying, selling and structuring a number of buy-outs and start-ups in areas as diverse as manufacturing and healthcare. He studied MBA.

Mr. Rich Reinecke co-founded The Fahrenheit Group in 2010 and serves as its Founding Partner. Mr. Reinecke is also the co-founder of the Leadership Forum. He is a recruiting industry veteran with a unique blend of large corporate experience and dynamic entrepreneurial spirit. He works with every level of business, from emerging growth to Fortune 500 companies, and is key in client development and recruiting talent both internally and for clients. He has more than 15 years of recruiting industry experience and is a well networked connector. After launching a career in the executive search industry with some of the largest firms in the country, he had the opportunity to become an entrepreneur and venture out on his own. In 2010, he had connected with his Fahrenheit Group partner, Keith Middleton, to launch the firm. Since its formation, he has had the pleasure to hire and work with some of the most talented and successful professionals in the market. He started his entrepreneurial endeavors in 2002 when he launched Career Quest. He is very active in the business community serving on several boards like The Venture Forum where he is past President. Mr. Reinecke graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Marketing.

Mr. Brian Monbouquette, CPA serves as Managing Director at The Fahrenheit Group. Mr. Monbouquette is an In Charge of Tax Services for Cherry Bekaert LLP Richmond practice. His focus is on developing tax minimization strategies and providing financial planning advice to middle-market business organizations and their owners. Mr. Monbouquette has more than 30 years of experience providing tax services and financial consulting to a diverse range of clients, including businesses active in manufacturing, technology, distribution, professional services, retail and venture capital. He has assisted growth oriented companies with mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and joint ventures, international operations, multistate taxation, special tax credit and incentive programs, and private equity financing. He has been a Partner with leading regional public accounting firms in New England and the Southeast, providing business and tax advice to middle market and emerging growth clients. Prior to joining CB&H, Mr. Monbouquette was a Partner with Gallagher, Flynn & Company, LLP. He was a Co-Founder and Treasurer of the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals. He advised clients involved in software, internet services, health IT, life sciences, medical devices, venture capital and private equity, manufacturing and various services on subjects including M&A, international expansion, multistate taxation, family ownership transition, executive compensation and various tax minimization opportunities. He works with middle market and emerging growth companies as an interim or fractional Chief Financial Officer, and as a Financial Consultant applying his extensive experience in tax, capital raising, M&A and partnering. He started his career in the Boston and Providence offices at Price Waterhouse for twenty-three years where he was the Partner-in-Charge of the Providence Office tax practice from 1989 to 1996, and had similar responsibilities for the Technology tax practice of the Boston Office from 1986 to 1989. He serves as a Director of The Fahrenheit Group LLC. He served as a Director of Association Of Strategic Alliance Professionals Inc. Mr. Monbouquette graduated cum laude from Yale University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, and received his Master of Science degree in Accounting from the Northeastern Graduate School of Professional Accounting.

Mr. David E. Bosher, also known as Dave, serves as the Managing Director of The Fahrenheit Group. Mr. Bosher served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at AmpliPhi Biosciences Corporation since July 1, 2014 until January 19, 2016. He joined The Fahrenheit Group in 2013 as Managing Director of Fahrenheit Advisors. He served as Treasurer of Cadmus Journal Services, Inc. and served in various senior finance roles with Cadmus Communications Corporation from 1988 to 2001. He has had an impressive track record as Chief Financial Officer of several organizations. Mr. Bosher served as Director of Accounting for A. H. Robins Company, Inc. Mr. Bosher served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of SnagAJob.com, Inc. from April 11, 2007 to June 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Payerpath, Inc. from 2001 to 2006. He served as a Vice President and Treasurer of Cadmus Communications Corporation from 1993 to 1999 and also as its Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Bosher joined Payerpath, Inc. in July 2001 and has more than 25 years of experience in Capital Markets, Financial Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions to his position. Mr. Bosher began his working life as a Pipe Fitter's Helper. Before joining Payerpath, he served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cadmus Communications Corporation from 1999 to 2001. He worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Davenport and Company of Virginia and has held various Financial and Business Development positions at A. H. Robins and Company. His work experience also includes having served as Director of Corporate Accounting at a major publicly traded pharmaceutical firm and as senior audit professional with a large regional public accounting firm. He served as a Director of SnagAJob.com, Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Bosher received a B.S. in Business, with a major in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration, from the University of Richmond.

Mr. Keith Middleton, CPA, co-founded The Fahrenheit Group in 2010, and serves as its Founding Partner. Mr. Middleton leads The Fahrenheit Group LLC consulting practice and serves as the delivery lead for several clients. He served as Chief Financial Officer for Performance Foodservice, the independent restaurant foodservice division of Performance Food Group. He served as Senior Vice President, Controller of Performance Food Group. He is a certified public accountant with more than 20 years of corporate finance and public accounting experience with top-tier companies - Performance Food Group, Perdue Farms and Arthur Andersen. He holds a BA in Accounting from Lynchburg College.

Mr. Charles E. Merritt serves as the Managing Director at The Fahrenheit Group. Mr. Merritt is a Founding Partner and Managing Partner at Parish Capital Advisors, LLP. He is a Special Advisor to Hatteras Venture Partners. Mr. Merritt serves as an Advisor of Sovereign's Capital. Previously, Mr. Merritt served as a Director of Private Investments at The Duke Endowment, where he was responsible for private equity strategy including sourcing, executing, and monitoring investments. While at The Duke Endowment, Mr. Merritt participated on five private equity Advisory Boards. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Merritt was a Director of Private Investments at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Investment Office, where he built the private equity portfolio to approximately $350 million in commitments and was an Entrepreneur in Residence. Mr. Merritt acquired his direct investment experience during his tenure at Bank of America's private equity group, where he focused on structuring between $10 million and $40 million private equity investments in middle market buyouts and growth equity transactions. Mr. Merritt developed his investment banking experience during his tenure at Bank of America's private equity group and Bowles Hollowell Connor & Co., where he was involved in managing middle market merger and acquisition assignments, primarily representing private equity groups. Mr. Merritt's experience stems from three professional roles including being a limited partner in private equity funds, a direct private equity investor, and a merger and acquisition Advisor to private equity groups. Mr. Merritt received an M.B.A. from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead Scholar.

Mr. Thomas Wimer, also known as Tom, serves as Managing Partner of FahrenheitHR at The Fahrenheit Group. Mr. Wimer leads the HR consulting and fractional management practice at FahrenheitHR. He has almost 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial HR and business experience spanning multiple industries and functions. He founded KnowledgeBank, Inc. in 2002 and served as its Chief Executive Officer & President. He founded Axeo LLC 2012 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President. Prior to forming and launching KnowledgeBank, he established and led the Human Capital Solutions practice of the Mid-Atlantic Region of Resources Connection (now Resources Global Professionals), an international professional services spin-off of Deloitte & Touche. In this role, he built a solid base of HR professionals, capable of delivering a full spectrum of services in the HR field, including recruitment and selection, compensation, benefits, training, workforce development, and leadership and organization development. Before that, he led the global recruitment organization of ExxonMobil, where he was accountable for all executive, experienced professional and campus recruitment programs in the US, and served as a corporate liaison to international affiliates. Prior to ExxonMobil, he founded, grew and sold Miller & Wimer, LLC, a retained executive search firm, and earlier in his career was a senior human resources executive for The Dial Corporation and General Electric. He serves on the Board of Directors for Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind, and has served in leadership roles for the HR Leadership Forum and other organizations focused on advancing the field of human resource management. In 2006, he was named as a finalist by the HR Leadership Awards of Greater Washington for the Human Resources Professional Excellence Award, which recognizes extraordinary leadership within the human resources profession. Mr. Wimer holds an MS in Human Resource Management from LaRoche College in Pittsburgh, PA and a BS in Business Management from Marshall University.
