I feel they are as open with everyone as they possibly can be and they are heavily invested in making the work experience and internal culture the best it can be

Everyone I usually interact with is always supportive and will also take time to chat on a more personal level, even when there is always a lot to do, which I find incredibly important with so many people working from home now.

I feel I can make mistakes. Of course I always aim not to, but if it happens I feel it is easy to own up to them, learn from it and move on without having to fear any form of dire consequences.

I feel that if I would do the same job in a company in a different industry that is not connected to hospitality, my base salary would be higher. However, I value the company culture, it's vision and my colleagues way too much to leave - money is not everything!
