Mr. Ciro M. DeFalco serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Navigators Management Company, Inc. Mr. DeFalco has been the Chief Financial Officer of The Navigators Group, Inc. since December 2011 and Executive Vice President since March 30, 2017. Mr. DeFalco served as Senior Vice President of The Navigators Group, Inc. since December 2011 until March 30, 2017. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Navigators Group Inc. since October 31, 2011 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Finance from 2011 to December 2011. Prior thereto, he served as Senior Vice President & Group Planning Officer of White Mountains Re Group, the reinsurance subsidiary of White Mountains Insurance Group [NYSE: WTM]. He has held a variety of senior corporate finance, controllership and treasury positions at White Mountains Re, Marsh & McLennan Companies, including Johnson & Higgins and other industry leading firms. He is accredited as a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. DeFalco is a graduate of Pace University (B.B.A., Accounting) and Columbia University Graduate School of Business (M.B.A., Finance & Management).

Mr. H. Clay Bassett, Jr., has been the Chief Underwriting Officer and Senior Vice President of The Navigators Group, Inc. since April 2008 and its President of Navigators Re since 2010. Mr. Bassett served as Chief Risk Officer at The Navigators Group, Inc since December 2009. Mr. Bassett serves as the President of Navigators Reinsurance of Navigators Management Company, Inc. Mr. Bassett served as the Chief Underwriting Officer of White Mountains Reinsurance Company of America (formerly, Folksamerica Reinsurance Company) since May 2005 until 2008. Previously, Mr. Bassett served as the Chief Underwriting Officer of Argonaut Insurance Company. He served as Senior Vice President and Deputy Head of Direct Reinsurance Operations of Swiss Reinsurance Company (now Swiss Re Ltd) in the U.S. and served there from 1997 to 2002. Mr. Bassett also served as Head of the regional segment and all facultative business for Swiss Re. Prior to Swiss Re, he held various management positions with AIG Risk Management. He served in various management positions with American Insurance from 1990 to 1997 and Argonaut Group, Inc. from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Bassett began his career at National Reinsurance Corp. in 1987. Mr. Bassett serves as a Director of Navigators Insurance Company and NUAL. Mr. Bassett is a graduate of Connecticut College, where he earned a B.A. degree in economics and anthropology.

Mr. Terence N. Deeks is the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of The Navigators Group, Inc. and served as its President until May 2002 and as its Chief Executive Officer until December 2002. Mr. Deeks has been engaged in the Property and casualty insurance business since 1957. He served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Navigators Group Inc. from May 2010 to May 23, 2013. He served as an Executive Chairman of Navigators Group Inc. since its formation in 1982. He has been a Director of The Navigators Group, Inc. since 1982. He served as Chairman and Director of Navigators Insurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Navigators Group Inc. Mr. Deeks served as a Director of Piedmont Management Co Inc. since 1984.

Mr. Michael J. Casella has been the President of International Insurance - Navigators Underwriting Agency Ltd & Navigators Management (UK) Ltd at The Navigators Group, Inc. since April 2016. Mr. Casella served as the President of International of The Navigators Group, Inc. since April 1, 2016. Mr. Casella served as Chief Distribution Officer and Senior Vice President of International Business Segments at The Travelers Companies, Inc. since November 2015 until March 2016. Mr. Casella was responsible for furthering efforts to leverage the expertise from The Travelers Companies, Inc lines of business personal, business, bond and specialty insurance across its international footprint. He also oversees sales and distribution outside the United States. Mr. Casella joined Navigators from Travelers Insurance, following a distinguished 32- year career with Chubb. He served as a Global Alternative Markets Field Officer, Chairman of Chubb Atlantic Indemnity Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer of Chubb Managing Agent of Lloyd. Mr. Casella served as Chief Executive Officer of Chubb Europe from 2009 to 2014. Mr. Casella joined Travelers after 32 years at Chubb, where he managed strategy and operations in 22 countries in North America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Casella graduated from Illinois College with a degree in business and managerial economics. He also completed the Executive Education Program in Insurance Executive Development at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Jennifer Yang has been the Chief Risk Officer of Navigators Group Inc. since June 25, 2012. Ms. Yang is responsible for oversight of enterprise risk management on a global basis. She has an extensive background in risk management and capital modeling, with the Chartis unit of AIG. Ms. Yang received a B.S. in Applied Chemistry from Beijing University, a B.S. in Computer Science from State University of New York at Stony Brook and her M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Mr. Thomas B. Kuchinic serves as President of Environmental Division at The Navigators Group, Inc. Mr. Kuchinic also serves as Senior Vice President and Practice Leader of Environmental Casualty unit at Navigators Group Inc. since December 12, 2012. Mr. Kuchinic holds Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University from 1979 to 1984.

Ms. Emily B. Miner has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of The Navigators Group, Inc. since July 2013 and its Chief Compliance Officer since November 25, 2016. Ms. Miner served as Secretary of The Navigators Group, Inc. from July 2013 to December 3, 2016. She joined Navigators Group Inc. in 2008. She served as Secretary of Navigators Group Inc. Prior to joining Navigators Group, Ms. Miner worked at the law firm Dewey LeBoeuf LLP, specializing in corporate and securities matters. She is a graduate of New York University School of Law (J.D.) and the University of Notre Dame (B.A., Economics and Government & International Studies).

Mr. R. Scott Eisdorfer has been Chief Administrative Officer of The Navigators Group, Inc. since October 2008 and also has been its Senior Vice President since 2001. Mr. Eisdorfer has been Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Navigators' insurance subsidiaries since 1999. Mr. Eisdorfer served as Chief Information Officer of The Navigators Group, Inc. since 2001. From 1996 to 1999, he served as Vice President and Applications Manager of General Reinsurance Corporation. Prior thereto, he held various information technology positions at National Reinsurance Corporation since 1985. Mr. Eisdorfer serves as Director of Navigators Insurance Company of Navigators Group Inc.

Mr. Glen M. Bronstein has been Global Chief Claims Officer at The Navigators Group, Inc. since September 1, 2016 and served as its Chief Claims Officer for U.S. Insurance from May 2013 to September 1, 2016. Mr. Bronstein has been Chief Claims Officer of Navigators Management Company, Inc. since May 2013. Prior to joining Navigators, Mr. Bronstein worked at American International Group for 19 years. He served in a variety of executive capacities including head of Global TPA Management and head of Claims Professional Shared Services where he oversaw such areas as Claims Litigation Management, Vendor Management and Global Loss Prevention. Mr. Bronstein also served as process innovation lead for AIG's Global Claims Initiative and General Counsel of its Fischbach LLC subsidiary. Mr. Bronstein has an undergraduate degree from Skidmore College, with a B.A. in Government, and earned a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.
