Mr. Emanuel P. N. Hilario, also known as Manny, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. since October 30, 2017. Mr. Hilario has been Chief Financial Officer at Sizzling Platter, LLC since February 2015. He served as the Chief Operations Officer of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. since July 18, 2013 until May 2014 and its Chief Financial Officer from May 10, 2010 to October 21, 2013. He has more than 30 years of restaurant experience. He founded Koios Path, LLC and served as its Managing Director. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants, Inc. from April 2004 to May 2009 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance until May 2009. He held a number of positions as Vice President and Chief financial Officer with AM-CH, Inc. from 2000 to 2004 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Hilario served as Vice President of Finance and Controller of AM-CH, Inc. He joined AM-CH, in May 2000 as Corporate Controller. He previously has served as Chief Financial Officer for Angelo and Maxie's, Inc. (formerly known as, Chart House Restaurants, Inc.). He held leadership roles at high volume restaurants including a stop at the iconic Rock and Roll McDonald's in downtown Chicago, IL, which continues to be one of the highest volume McDonald's in the world. He held various financial roles in both domestic and international accounting and finance teams for McDonald's Corporation. From December 1997 to April 2000, he held various positions, Group Director of Finance and Cost Management at ACCO North America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortune Brands. Mr. Hilario began his career at McDonald's in restaurant operations, as a crew member. Before Mr. Hilario's employment with ACCO, he spent nine years with McDonald's Corporation serving in various capacities, as a Consulting Services Manager in Oak Brook, Illinois. He has been Independent Director of The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. since April 10, 2017. He served as Director of McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants Inc. from July 2007 to July 21, 2009. He received his Bachelor of Science and Commerce degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University in 1990 and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Linda M. Siluk has been an Interim Chief Executive Officer of The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. since May 24, 2017 and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Siluk served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President at Fairway Group Holdings Corp. from June 2015 to February 2017. Ms. Siluk served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance at Fairway Group Holdings Corp. from October 2011 to June 2015 and from October 2010 to June 2015 respectively. Ms. Siluk served as Assistant Treasurer of AnnTaylor Stores Corp. Ms. Siluk served as Senior Vice President of Finance at ANN INC. from September 2006 to April 2008. Ms. Siluk served as Corporate Controller of Fairway Group Holdings Corp from October 2010 to October 2011 and as a Senior Project Manager from August 2009 to October 2010, focusing primarily on the implementation of a general ledger software package. Ms. Siluk served as the Chief Financial Officer at Drug Fair from October 2008 to May 2009. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Tommy Hilfiger USA, LLC from 2004 to 2006. She served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Party City Corportion from August 26, 2002 to September 16, 2004. She served as Vice President of Finance at Party City Corp. since September 14, 1998. Prior to joining Party City Corp. in September 1998, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Federated Merchandising Group, a division of Federated Department Stores, Inc. from December 1994 to April 1998. From October 1985 to December 1994, Ms. Siluk served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Logistics at Macy Product Development and Vice President of Finance for Macy Corporate Buying Office, both positions in a division of R.H. Macy & Co., Inc. Ms. Siluk received her B.S. in Business Administration from Montclair State College. Ms. Siluk is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Celeste Fierro has been the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Events at The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. since February 19, 2014.

Mr. Samuel Goldfinger, also known as Sam, has been Executive officer at The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc., since April 21, 2017. Mr. Goldfinger served as the Chief Financial Officer of The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. from October 16, 2014 to April 21, 2017 and served as its Secretary. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Goldfinger was an Audit Manager and from 1990 to 1995 a Staff Accountant, at the accounting firm of Goldstein Golub Kessler & Co., P.C. where his client base focus was in the restaurant industry. He served as consultant to Committed Capital Acquisition Corporation from April 2010 to April 2011. Fom November 2009 to April 2011, Mr. Goldfinger was a co-founder and Operating Partner of Next Course Financial Group, LLC. From August 2007 to December 2008, Mr. Goldfinger was the Chief Financial Officer and an Operating Partner of Fourth Wall Restaurants, LLC. From 1997 to 2007, Mr. Goldfinger was the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group, Inc. from July 25, 2005 to 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and its Vice President from January 2005 to July 25, 2005. where he was responsible for overseeing the Smith & Wollensky's finance, information technology, human resource, purchasing, project development and public company reporting functions. In 2007, Mr. Goldfinger managed the entire process for the sale of Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group, Inc. From 1990 to 1997, he was a practicing CPA working at the public accounting firm Goldstein Golub Kessler & Co. where he became a senior manager in the audit department with a focus on the hospitality industry. Mr. Goldfinger serves as Director of Committed Capital Acquisition Corporation. Mr. Goldfinger received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the State University of New York - Binghamton in 1990.
