Mr. Emanuel P. N. Hilario, also known as Manny, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. since October 30, 2017. Mr. Hilario has been Chief Financial Officer at Sizzling Platter, LLC since February 2015. He served as the Chief Operations Officer of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. since July 18, 2013 until May 2014 and its Chief Financial Officer from May 10, 2010 to October 21, 2013. He has more than 30 years of restaurant experience. He founded Koios Path, LLC and served as its Managing Director. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants, Inc. from April 2004 to May 2009 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance until May 2009. He held a number of positions as Vice President and Chief financial Officer with AM-CH, Inc. from 2000 to 2004 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Hilario served as Vice President of Finance and Controller of AM-CH, Inc. He joined AM-CH, in May 2000 as Corporate Controller. He previously has served as Chief Financial Officer for Angelo and Maxie's, Inc. (formerly known as, Chart House Restaurants, Inc.). He held leadership roles at high volume restaurants including a stop at the iconic Rock and Roll McDonald's in downtown Chicago, IL, which continues to be one of the highest volume McDonald's in the world. He held various financial roles in both domestic and international accounting and finance teams for McDonald's Corporation. From December 1997 to April 2000, he held various positions, Group Director of Finance and Cost Management at ACCO North America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortune Brands. Mr. Hilario began his career at McDonald's in restaurant operations, as a crew member. Before Mr. Hilario's employment with ACCO, he spent nine years with McDonald's Corporation serving in various capacities, as a Consulting Services Manager in Oak Brook, Illinois. He has been Independent Director of The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. since April 10, 2017. He served as Director of McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants Inc. from July 2007 to July 21, 2009. He received his Bachelor of Science and Commerce degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University in 1990 and is a Certified Public Accountant.
