Mr. Jorge Luis Gonzalez has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of The St. Joe Company since November 2015. Mr. Gonzalez served as Senior Vice President of Development at The St. Joe Company since March 2015 to November 2015 and served as its Vice President of Entitlements. Mr. Gonzalez has been with Entitlements since 2002. His major areas of responsibility are in entitlements, land use, environmental, regulatory and public affairs. Immediately prior to joining St. Joe, Mr. Gonzalez was a consultant in private practice. He serves as a Director of Enterprise Florida, Inc. He is member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on various community boards and organizations including the FSU Panama City Campus Development Board and the Board of the Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce. He has been a Director of The St. Joe Company since November 18, 2015. Mr. Gonzalez holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from The Florida State University.

Mr. Patrick W. Murphy has been a Senior Vice President of Operations at The St. Joe Company since October 2012. Mr. Murphy served as Vice President of Operations at The St. Joe Company. He oversees Resort, Marina, Club and Lease Operations for The St. Joe Company. He has extensive experience in the management and operations of large, luxury resort properties. This marks his second tenure with The St. Joe Company since he worked for the St. Joe-owned WaterColor Inn & Resort in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., which was managed by The St. Joe Company at the time of his arrival. He was at the WaterColor Inn & Resort since 2006 and served as the resorts General Manager. During his career, he has held management positions at various Five Diamond and Five Star Resorts in the southeast. Mr. Murphy received his Bachelors s degree from Armstrong State University in Savannah, Ga.

Mr. Marek Bakun has been the Chief Financial Officer at The St. Joe Company since October 7, 2013 and as its Executive Vice President since May 2014. Mr. Bakun served as Principal Accounting Officer of The St. Joe Company from October 16, 2015 to March 28, 2016 and also served as Senior Vice President. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Orleans Homebuilders, Inc. since February 2011 and served as its Senior Vice President. With responsibilities as the Chief Financial Officer for national and international homebuilding companies, his experience includes financial reporting and compliance, cost and capital management, consolidations and acquisitions, value generation as well as operational efficiency. Prior to joining Orleans, Mr. Bakun spent 15 years in corporate finance, including five years as a Chief Financial Officer in the homebuilding industry. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Mattamy Homes Corporation with responsibility for financial controls in its five U.S. markets. He served as Chief Financial Officer for Taylor Morrison, a national builder developer in the US and Canada that sold more than 6,000 new homes valued at more than $2 billion annually. He began his career as an auditor and joined Morrison Homes in 1999, holding numerous positions. Since August 2006, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Morrison Homes. When Morrison Homes merged with Taylor Woodrow in 2007, Mr. Bakun managed the financial integration of the two multi-billion dollar companies and continued as Chief Financial Officer for the U.S. and Canadian operations until 2008 when he joined Mattamy Homes Corporation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Central Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed general contractor and real estate broker.

Mr. David S. Harrelson has been a Senior Vice President of Timberland at The St. Joe Company from February 2012 and served as its Vice President of Timberland from 2006 to February 2012. Mr. Harrelson is responsible for the timber resources and land management on non-entitled property, which encompasses about 540,000 acres. He joined The St. Joe Company's timber division in 1976 as a entry-level forester and has consistently worked through the ranks of the forestry division to management in 1999 and then Vice President in 2006. He serves as a Board Member on the Florida Forestry Association, the Forest Resources Association, is the Chair of the Tupelo Soil and Water Conservation District, Chair of the Environmental Committee for the Florida Forestry Association and a member of the Public Relations Committee for the Forest Resources Association. Since 1985, he is a registered Forester with the State of Alabama. Mr. Harrelson graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Forest Management. He received an MBA from Florida State University in 2005.

Mr. Kenneth M. Borick, also known as Ken, has been a Senior Vice President of The St. Joe Company since February 2012 and its Chief Legal Officer since December 15, 2015. Mr. Borick has been General Counsel and Company Secretary of The St. Joe Company from February 2012. He served as a Senior Vice President of Real Estate Counsel at The St. Joe Company since January 2010. He was responsible for residential and commercial real estate transactions of The St. Joe Company. He focuses on real estate transactions including brokerage agreements, ground leases, joint ventures and the establishment and maintenance of HOA and CDD entities. He has more than twenty years experience in real estate law. He joined St. Joe in September, 2000. Mr. Borick earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Science in Administrative Management from Clemson University.

Ms. K. Rhea Goff serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President at The St. Joe Company. Ms. Goff served as Vice President of Human Resources at The St. Joe Company. Ms. Goff began working with St. Joe in May of 2003 with her initial role as an HR Assistant at WaterColor Inn & Resort focusing on human resources for St. Joe's resort and club operations in Walton and Bay Counties. In 2005, her role later expanded to a corporate position managing human resources for the Northwest Florida region and is now responsible for oversight of all HR operations throughout the company. Ms. began earned her Bachelors Degree from Florida State University in 2001 and received a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification in 2007.

Patrick Murphy serves as the Senior Vice President Operations of The St. Joe Company. Patrick started at The St. Joe Company in October of 2012. Patrick currently resides in Destin/Fort Walton Beach, Florida Area.
