What's the pay like for Operations roles at The Walt Disney Company?

Not enough to make you want to stay, looking to move on with some other company. Feel insulted that I make the same hourly pay as a new driver after almost 4 years with WDW and I have 29 years experience driving a bus, if the company only honored Progressive pay scale.

We just moved up to$15 dollars per hour for most roles. But we have great perks and discounts, and now free tuition for all types of degrees High School through Masters degrees. Again you don't get rich working at Disney in most of the roles, but you have opportunities.

I am very disillusioned I started here 4 years ago moved from California and we are leaving in a year-and-a-half cannot survive on the current pay scale you have to work 7 days a week to survive
