What's the Operations team like at The Walt Disney Company?

I can only tell you about the Walt Disney World property it's odd that they are operated, even though it's one property the Resort's the parts the Department's all operate independently. So when something happens like a hurricane or a major event are normal year to year events one doesn't talk to the other and things seem to get screwed up big-time everyone acts like it's a new thing every time there's a hurricane are big groups come in I don't understand how this happens.

Fun people who enjoy what they do. You don't get rich at Disney, you work at Disney because you love people and the Disney product. We have a lot of cast appreciation events and great comardery.

Same as management you either don't see them or they bark orders at you one or the other

they are not looking for people with ideas only robots that do not rock the boat
