How long do the interviews usually take at The Walt Disney Company?

My interview in 2014 took about 30 minutes mine went really well I have no issues with a woman named Susan not sure if she still there but I really liked her and she kept in contact with me because I didn't come for my job until about 3 months later, but my spouse flew all the way from California to Florida with me to interview and he got about 2 minutes with his interviewer saying that they do not hire drivers without a Florida license which is not true and just washed my spouse away makes no sense really you spent all that money flying from California to Florida and you get a minute and a half doesn't make sense. Of course now working for Disney World almost 4 years lots of people have told me that I should have asked for a supervisor or my spouse should have to get a different response but how would we have known that back then.
