How do I do well in an interview at The Walt Disney Company?

you have to be really perky you have to know lots about the company and you have to be a good talker to do well, my spouse can be a little shy at front but new Walt Disney property and near the company but because he didn't get very vocal with the interviewer which didn't know much about Transportation you didn't do well. My spouse apply to be a driver trainer and because he followed the direction of the GSM at Epcot and did not get over to the interview until a few minutes after the interview time was told that he was done because he didn't follow instructions I don't understand how you follow a dsm's instructions but you still get washed out which can be very disappointing. I have tried to be a relief coordinator was told that I was going to get it as well as a CP trainer and unless you come in early and just sit with the GSM office you don't seem to get anywhere in this company.
