Mr. Jun Zhu co-founded the The9 Limited and has been its Chief Executive Officer since October 2002 and served as its President since May 16, 2010. Under Mr. Zhu's leadership, The9 has grown to become one of the top three online game operators in China. Mr. Zhu serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Red 5 Singapore. Mr. Zhu co-founded Flagholder New Technology Co. Ltd., an information technology company based in China, in 1997. From 1993 to 1997, he served at QJ (U.S.A.) Investment, Ltd., a trading company in the United States. He has been the Chairman and Director of The9 Limited since October 2002. He served as Director of Infocomm Asia Holdings Pte. Ltd. He served as a Director of Flagholder New Technology Co. Ltd. from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Zhu attended an undergraduate program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Mr. Chris Shen has been Vice President at The9 Limited since January 2006. Mr. Shen served as Vice President of Marketing at The9 Limited since January 1, 2006. He was in charge of all aspects of The9 Ltd.'s marketing and public relations activities. He served as the Senior Director - Marketing of The9 Ltd. since August 2005. Mr. Shen served as Group Account Director and Account Director for several renowned advertising agencies in Shanghai and Taipei, mainly focused on servicing multinational brands of different industries, including fast-moving consumer goods, financial services and retailing. For the past 12 years, Mr. Shen successfully helped numerous local and international brands plan and execute various marketing initiatives, resulting in these brands' excellent performance in their respective markets. Mr. Shen received his bachelor's degree in management science from the National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan.

Mr. George Lai has been the Chief Financial Officer of The9 Limited since July 3, 2008. Mr. Lai has extensive knowledge in U.S. GAAP and solid background in dealing with public company issues, especially in the fast booming internet industries. Mr. Lai worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu since 2000. He served in various positions including audit manager and senior auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Hong Kong, New York and Beijing offices. During his eight years of work experience at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Mr. Lai played key roles in numerous IPO projects in the United States and China as well as serving for public companies in Hong Kong, United States and China. He has been a Director of The9 Limited since January 15, 2016. Mr. Lai received his Bachelor of Business Administration major in Professional Accountancy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. Lai holds various accounting professional qualifications including AICPA, ACCA and HKICPA.
