Mr. Bruce A. Thames has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. since April 1, 2016 and served as its Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President since April 27, 2015 until April 1, 2016. Mr. Thames served as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at T.D.Williamson, Inc. He has over 25 years experience in engineering, marketing and operations management with companies such as Dresser, COOPER Industries, Texas Instruments and United Gas and Pipeline Company. He served as a Vice President of Eastern Hemisphere at T.D.Williamson, Inc. since 2010 and also served as its Vice President of North American Business Unit until 2010. He has been Director of Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. since April 1, 2016. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas in 1987.

Mr. Jay C. Peterson serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Thermon Holding Corp. Mr. Peterson has been the Chief Financial Officer at Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. since July 2010 and Senior Vice President of Finance since October 2010. Mr. Peterson also serves as the Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer of Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. He served as Secretary and Treasurer of Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. He served as Vice President of Celtic Capital Corporation. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Network Simplicity Software, Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Asure Software, Inc. (Forgent Networks Inc.) since May 2000, Vice President of Finance since May 2000 and served as its Secretary, Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer. He served as interim Chief Financial Officer and manager of corporate planning of Asure Software, Inc. He had been with Asure Software, Inc for 12 years, holding leadership positions. He started with Forgent Networks in 1995. He served as an Assistant Controller at the Dell Direct Channel at Dell Computer Corporation and held various financial positions during eleven years at IBM Corporation. Mr. Peterson holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Concordia University, Wisconsin.

Mr. Eric C. Reitler serves as a Senior Vice President of Global Marketing of Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. since September 3, 2015 and Senior Vice President of Global Sales since April 1, 2015. Mr. Reitler serves as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Senior Vice President of Marketing and served as District Sales Manager of Thermon Northeast of Thermon, Inc. He joined Thermon in June 1998 as a Regional Sales Manager in the midwestern United States and was instrumental in building and solidifying Thermon's marketshare in the region. In September 2013, he was promoted to Vice President, Global Sales and relocated from Michigan to the Thermon Group's headquarters in San Marcos, Texas. In April 2015, Mr. Reitler assumed responsibility for Thermon Group's global sales and marketing efforts in the role of Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Thermon, Mr. Reitler served in various engineering, project management and operations positions in the power, oil and gas industries. Mr. Reitler holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Johannes Van Der Salm, also known as Rene, has been Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. since April 12, 2011. Mr. van der Salm served as the Chief Operating Officer of Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. Mr. van der Salm served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. from 2007 to April 12, 2011. He joined Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. in October 2001. After fulfilling his military service, he worked as Sales Engineer, Project Manager and Production Manager in supplying the (Petro) Chemical Industry before joining Thermon. Mr. van der Salm started with Thermon as the European LogisticsManager and was responsible for the implementation of a European wide logistics and financial ERP software. In 2006, he was promoted to Vice President Manufacturing and Logistics. During that period he divided his time between the U.S. and European operations and was instrumental in the U.S. implementation of the ERP software. Mr. van der Salm graduated from the Amsterdam Technical University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
