Mr. Christopher S. Coleman, also known as Chris, has been Chief Financial Officer of Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. since November 10, 2014 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer from April 01, 2013 to November 2014. Prior to joining Third Point Reinsurance Ltd., Mr. Coleman was the Chief Financial Officer of Alterra Bermuda Limited the principal operating subsidiary of Alterra Capital Holdings Limited (???Alterra???). Prior to Max Capital Group Ltd.'s acquisition of Harbor Point Limited to form Alterra in May 2010, Mr. Coleman was the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Harbor Point Limited. Mr. Coleman joined Harbor Point Limited in March 2006. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Coleman worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Bermuda as a Senior Manager within the audit and advisory practice specializing in clients in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Mr. Coleman started his career with Arthur Andersen in 1995 working in the Hartford office before relocating to the Bermuda office in 2001. Mr. Coleman graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Mr. Coleman is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Bermuda.

Mr. Manoj K. Gupta has been the President of Third Point Reinsurance (USA) Ltd. since August 3, 2017. Mr. Gupta has been Executive Vice President, Underwriting of Third Point Re USA since March 1, 2017. Mr. Gupta has been Head of Investor Relations & Business Development at Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. since February 26, 2015. He served as Lead Portfolio Manager of Third Point Reinsurance Investment Management Ltd at Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. since April 16, 2012 and since June 15, 2012 respectively until February 15. 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Underwriting - Third Point Reinsurance Company Ltd since April 16, 2012 until April 16, 2016. He served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. He served as a Portfolio Manager of Quantitative Strategies group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management LP. During his tenure at GSAM from October 2006 to April 2012, Mr. Gupta launched three standalone catastrophe risk funds and also placed reinsurance risk within its multi-strategy hedge funds. Mr. Gupta served as Senior Vice President with reinsurance broker Benfield Group. Prior to joining Benfield in April 2003, Mr. Gupta served as the Head of Business Development and Strategic Planning at Inreon, a reinsurance trading platform co-sponsored by Swiss Re and Munich Re and a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. Mr. Gupta graduated from University of Waterloo, Canada with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering.

Mr. Jonathan Norton, also known as Jon, serves as Managing Director and Chief Actuary at Alterra Holdings Limited. Mr. Norton has been the Chief Reserving Actuary at Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. since December 2014. He serves as Chief Actuary of Third Point Reinsurance (USA) Ltd. Mr. Norton served as Chief Actuary of Alterra Reinsurance USA Inc. from its inception in May 2010 until completion of the Markel acquisition in May 2013. He served as Chief Actuary of Harbor Point Services, Inc. from its inception in December 2005 until its merger with Max Capital in May 2010. He served as Chief Actuary of Chubb Re, Inc. from June 1999 through the creation of Harbor Point Services, Inc. in December 2005. Prior to Chubb Re, Mr. Norton served at actuarial and analytical unit within Guy Carpenter from 1988 to 1999 where he served as a Managing Director and held the position of Chief Actuary. Mr. Norton also has prior experience within the consulting arms of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young from 1981 to 1988. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from Emory University.

Ms. Janice Weidenborner has been Group General Counsel and Executive Vice President at Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. since January 01, 2016 and also has been its Secretary since February 24, 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Weidenborner was General Counsel for the Ariel Re group of companies, from January 2013 to December 2015. Ms. Weidenborner has held senior legal counsel positions in both Bermuda and the U.S., with a significant focus of her practice on insurance and reinsurance and general corporate and transactional matters. From 1987 to 2012, Ms. Weidenborner held various roles at the ACE Group (and its predecessor companies) including Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Regional Compliance Officer, ACE Bermuda Insurance Ltd., Associate General Counsel, ACE Tempest Reinsurance Ltd., and General Counsel, ACE Financial Solutions International. Ms. Weidenborner holds a B.S. in Aviation Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. She began her career in New York as an Airline Underwriter for CIGNA Property and Casualty. After earning her MBA in Finance from Fordham University, Ms. Weidenborner served as a Senior Financial Analyst for CIGNA. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University.

Ms. Tonya L. Marshall served as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. since February 13, 2012. Ms. Marshall served as Secretary, General Counsel and Senior Vice President at The Bank of NT Butterfield & Son Limited. Ms. Marshall holds a B.Comm from Dalhousie University an LL.B. from the University of Buckingham and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice.

Mr. Nicholas James Douglas Campbell, also known as Nick, has been Chief Risk Officer of Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. since November 5, 2014. Mr. Campbell served as Senior Vice President of Underwriting at Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. from December 2013 to November 5, 2014. Mr. Campbell served as Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President of Endurance Specialty Insurance Ltd. from April 23, 2012 to July 22, 2013. Mr. Campbell served as Head of Specialty Treaty Reinsurance at Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd from January 2010 to April 23, 2012 and served as its Senior Vice President from January 2010 to April 23, 2012. Mr. Campbell is an Actuarial Consultant to the Bermuda Monetary Authority and private clients in Bermuda. Mr. Campbell has been an Independent Consultant providing actuarial and other related services, Bermuda since April 2008. Mr. Campbell served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary of Assured Guaranty Re International Ltd. from January 2003 to May 2004. Mr. Campbell served as the Managing Director of Ritchie Capital Management, Bermuda from June 2004 to January 2006. He served as the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Actuary of RCS Limited from February 2006 to March 2008. Mr. Campbell served as a Vice President and Actuary of Centre Solutions, Bermuda from May 1999 to January 2003. He started his career at Towers Perrin in the United Kingdom. He served as an Independent Director of Global Investments Limited since May 4, 2009. Mr. Campbell holds a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics from Cambridge University, is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
