Getting the chance to work from home. I get to spend more time with my kids and I still get to interact with people throughout the day. We are not afraid to share when it's a bad day or a good day.

Yearly bonuses are great. It's additional income that isn't expected. When we up-sell clients and receive a piece of that up-sell is great. Previous companies I worked for never provided such compensation when you were able to bring in more revenue for the company.

Everyone is welcoming and caring. The team is involved and always willing to learn from each other. Opinions and questions are not treated like they are not important. Everyone is treated with respect and cared for like a family member even though we are working remotely.

They are open to opinions and feedback on how to improve our day to day process. They are willing to listen and have you provide perspective from a different point of view. Being able to have a voice has been a great part to my relationship with the leadership team and growth
