There is not a system in place for growth. We have quarterly reviews which are not too difficult though.

If you are meeting with clients a nice polo and somewhere in your home that will not cause distractions and is not with people passing by in the background all the time. When it comes to working from home you need to make sure you are not surrounded by an unprofessional setting. You can go to coffee shops if you need to leave the house every once in a while or work from a different part of your home but you want to make sure you are back in your office space when it comes to meeting with teams internally and clients.
