Mr. Jonathan H. Cohen has been the Chief Executive Officer of TICC Capital Corp. since 2003. Mr. Cohen has been the Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Lane Management since 2010. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of T-Equity Capital Corporation since 2006. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer at TICC Management, LLC. He serves as the Managing Member of BDC Partners. He is the owner, managing member and Principal of JHC Capital Management. Mr. Cohen has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Bridge Management, LLC since November 2015. He served as the President at TICC Capital Corp. until October 27, 2004. Mr. Cohen served as the Chief Executive Officer of TAC Acquisition Corp. since 2005 and also served as its Principal Financial Officer. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of TIM since 2003. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of T2 Advisers, LLC since 2005. He served as the Principal and Managing Member of Privet Financial Securities, LLC from 2003 to 2004. Prior to establishing JHC Capital in 2001, Mr. Cohen served as the Managing Director, Director of Research and Head of the Transaction Development Group at Wit Soundview from 1999 to 2001 and Managing Director and Head of Internet and PC Software Research at Merrill Lynch from 1998 to 1999. He served as a Managing Director, Head of Technology Strategy and Head of PC Software and Internet Research at UBS from 1997 to 1998 and Managing Director, Head of Special Situations Research, Manager of the Special Situations Recommended Portfolio and Head of PC Software and Internet Research at Smith Barney from 1993 to 1997. He served as a Portfolio Manager at Royce Technology Value Fund. Mr. Cohen is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Connecticut College. He has been an Interested Director at TICC Capital Corp. since 2003. He serves as a Director of T-Equity Capital Corp. He serves as a Director of Technology Investment Capital Corp., and TAC Acquisition Corp. Mr. Cohen served as the Chairman of TAC Acquisition Corp. He was named to the 1996, 1997 and 1998 Institutional Investor All American Research Teams and has run technology research groups covering software, hardware, telecommunications and semiconductor stocks. He has more than 15 years of experience in technology-related equity research. Mr. Cohen holds an MBA from the Columbia University in 1990 and a BA in Economics from the Connecticut College in 1987.

Mr. Kevin P. Yonon serves as Managing Director of TICC Management, LLC at TICC Capital Corp., and served as its Senior Vice President of TICC Management. Mr. Yonon served as a Senior Vice President at TICC Management, LLC. He served as an Associate at Deutsche Bank Securities and Deutsche Bank AG, Research Division. He served as an Analyst at Blackstone Mezzanine Partners. He served as Analyst of Blackstone Mezzanine Holdings II L.P., Blackstone Mezzanine Partners III, LP, Blackstone Mezzanine Partners II, L.P., The Blackstone Group, Corporate Debt Group and Blackstone Mezzanine Partners, L.P. Since joining Blackstone in 2002, Mr. Yonon was responsible for evaluating, executing and monitoring investments across a range of industries. Before joining Blackstone, he served as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc in the mergers and acquisitions group. Mr. Yonon holds an M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Business School and a B.S. degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Mr. Bruce L. Rubin serves as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Controller of Oxford Lane Capital Corp. Mr. Rubin has been the Chief Financial Officer and corporate Secretary of TICC Capital Corp. since August 14, 2015 and its Chief Accounting Officer since August 4, 2015 and serves as its Treasurer. He served as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Controller of TICC Capital Corp. until August 4, 2015. Mr. Rubin served as an Assistant Treasurer & Director of Financial Planning of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Rubin served as a Manager in financial operations for the American Stock Exchange, where he was primarily responsible for budgeting matters. Mr. Rubin began his career in commercial banking as an Auditor primarily of the commercial lending and municipal bond dealer areas. Mr. Rubin received his Masters of Business Administration in Finance and BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University.
