Mr. William A. Lupien, also known as Bill, has been the Investment Manager of Kudu since November 1998. Mr. Lupien serves as Consultant of Scandium International Mining Corp. He has been Chief Investment Officer at Till Capital Ltd since April 17, 2014. He served as the Chief Investment Officer for Till Management Company, a subsidiary of Till Capital Ltd. since April 17, 2014 and served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer from September 1, 2015 to January 2016. He was a Founder and Co-Inventor of the OptiMark matching engine technology. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of OptiMark US Equities, Inc. His career in the securities business began at the California-based brokerage firm of Mitchum, Jones & Templeton (MJT), Inc. in 1965, where he held various positions including President from 1974 to 1980. Mr. Lupien served as Chief Executive Officer of MJT and served as a specialist on the equity trading floor of the Pacific Exchange for 17 years. From 1983 to 1988, he served as President, then Chief Executive Officer of Instinet Corporation. He holds over 45 years of public market financial expertise and US equity market exposure. He served as Chairman of OptiMark US Equities, Inc. from 1996 to 2001. He served as Chairman of OptiMark Holdings Inc., from 2000 to December 31, 2003, a company which he co-founded in January 1988 until December 31, 2000 and served as a Director until December 31, 2000. He served as an Advisor of Potash One Inc. from December 2008 to January 21, 2011. He served as Chairman of the Board of MJT from 1989 to 1996 and Instinet Corporation from 1983 to 1989. He has been a Director at Till Capital Ltd. since June 14, 2015 and Silver Predator Corp. since August 21, 2015. He serves as a Director of Broker Tec Futures Exchange L.L.C. and Golden Predator Mines Inc. Mr. Lupien served as Director of Uranium One Investments, Inc. since November 30, 2005. He served as Non Executive Director of Gold One International Limited since June 2007. He served as a Director at Scandium International Mining Corp. He served as a Director at Vie Financial Group Inc., since September 13, 2002. He served as Director of Uranium One Inc. from August 2007 to November 13, 2008; Potash One Inc. from February 2008 to December 23, 2008 and Skyler Technology, Inc. He served as an Independent Director at Midway Gold Corp. from April 13, 2007 to July 2008. He served as an Independent Director of Beaufield Resources Inc. from April 1, 2008 to February 23, 2012. He was a member of the Board of the Pacific Exchange and of its original Inter-exchange Committee, which designed the Intermarket Trading System (ITS). He also served as Chairman of the Floor Trading and Nominating Committee and was a member of the SEC's Advisory Committee dedicated to the development of a US national market system. Mr. Lupien was a specialist on the Pacific Stock Exchange from 1968 to 1983 responsible for trading in the securities of many public companies including IBM, Ford Motor, Occidental Petroleum, Pfizer, Cyprus Mines, Warner Lambert, Bethlehem Steel, Digital Equipment, Caesar's World, Harrah's, Hilton and many others. He also held a position as Trustee of the Securities Industry Institute and the Securities and Exchange Commission National Market Advisory Board s well as being a Governor of the Pacific Stock Exchange for 6 years. He is the co-author along with David Nassar of Market Evaluation and Analysis for Swing Trading which was published in 2004 by McGraw Hill. He is on the board of the Ft. Lewis College Professional Associates. Mr. Lupien is a graduate of San Diego State University and the co-inventor of the OptiMark(R) Trading System.

Mr. Brian Patrick Lupien has been the Chief Financial Officer of Till Capital Ltd. since March 17, 2016. Mr. Lupien has been with Till Capital and served as its Treasurer since April 2014. Mr. Lupien has experience in accounting and reporting responsibilities for a private investment fund and has worked as an audit manager for a variety of clients across multiple industries. He gained his Certified Public Accountant designation in 2000 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of the University of California at Davis, Mr. Lupien earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1995 majoring in Managerial Economics.

Mr. Matthew Cook has been Chief Financial Officer of Omega Insurance Holdings Inc. since 2004 and serves as its President and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Cook entered the insurance industry in 2004, after working at a number of companies in various industries. His Chartered Accountant designation and background has provided him with extensive experience in financial reporting, auditing, tax, financial systems, IT systems, and general management.

Mr. Philip H. Cook, also known as Phil, M.B.A., F.C.I.P. serves as Chief Executive Officer of Focus Group Inc. Mr. Cook has been the Chief Executive Officer of Omega Insurance Holdings Inc. since 2004 and also serves as its President. He serves as Chief Agent for 8 Insurers/Reinsurers operating in the Canadian marketplace. Mr. Cook entered the Insurance Industry in 1962 and served in a variety of capacities with companies in England, Canada and the United States. From a background in Claims and Claims Management he moved to Administration, Operation and General Management and before establishing Focus Group Inc. in 1986 and served as Chief Executive Officer for a major Insurer. His qualifications and his extensive practical experience make him uniquely qualified to consult, advise and handle any aspect of Insurance Management. His specialties include: Claims Management, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Feasibility Studies, Seminars, Internal Operations, IBNR Calculations, Audits and all areas of General Management. Mr. Cook serves as Chairman and Director of Focus Group Inc.
